Wood and natural stone, this cozy, contemporary apartment is located on the slopes of Val Thorens (Domaine des 3 Vallées).

It has been totally renovated this autumn.

Located in the heart of Val Thorens, with direct access to the swimming pool and bowling, it is to walk to restaurants and all the shops (supermarkets, selling packages, ski rentals ...).

The view is breathtaking: on the fourth floor, facing south, 180 ° view.

2 separate and closed rooms in a mountain spirit

- a master bedroom with double bed (140), plenty of storage, LCD flat screen TV, South View

- a cabin with two bunk beds, storage space

Mattresses, duvets, pillows, bedding are new quality and anti-accar

Very good apartment in perfect position for skiing

A small (expected) and very well equipped apartment right in the middle of the ski resort. 10 out of 10 for position. All necessary bits in the apartment worked - Nespresso machine being the most vital. With Carrefour only a 2 minute walk the morning croissant trip is very easy. Ski hire shops, lift pass machine, ATM, slopes, about 8 restaurants (plus some cheaper pizza / burger type vendors) all within 50m of the back door. P0 car park also within 50m.

Only downside for some will be that there is no Wifi available in the apartment. VT has generally poor phone signal so you cannot even use mobile data properly - would not be ideal if you needed to work while there (or download a movie as we wanted to one evening when tired!)

If you are a skier then you will not beat the 3 Valleys; everything from easy to off-piste available, especially if you buy the full pass. Just the VT lift pass is probably enough unless you really like "putting in the miles" or are there for more than 5 days.

Anne-Cecile is a very good communicator and organised extra bits for us beautifully. I cannot fault her efforts in the slightest. (Her English is very good too which makes it easier if your French is not great)

In summary a great bolt hole for a short trip, brilliant position, and in our case some amazing snow.

This apartment has the Wow factor!! It is decorated and presented to a very high standard..

This apartment definitely had the Wow factor when you walked through the entrance door. The apartment is modern with everything you need for a self catering holiday. It is compact however the space management has been utilised correctly !!

There was nothing missing for us...from a really good bread knife to posh coffee machine. And two TVs!! There was enough cooking pots and utensils. And mugs and glasses

The views being on the 4th floor were panoramic .

I rate this apartment 10/10 and believe me I have stayed in numerous ski resorts around the world over 30 years.

Anne-Cecile was soo lovely , courteous and soo very helpful on the phone and with emails.

The whole package with HomeAway the staff and apartment were high standard

My family and I had an amazing holiday

Le tout PARFAIT !

Pour un séjour parfait, il faut:

1. Un appartement correspondant point par point aux photographies et à la description.

Ce petit appartement est optimisé pour vous faire passer un séjour magnifique. Il est charmant, chaleureux, bien agencé, bien décoré avec des prestations et équipements "haut de gamme".

On s'y sent bien tout de suite et pouvoir y séjourner est un vrai plaisir.

2. L'emplacement de l'appartement

Au cœur du quartier "Caron", vous aurez à proximité ultra-directe des magasins de bouche, des restaurants, des magasins de ski, une boutique forfait, des bars...

Et la cerise sur la gâteau, départ et retour ski aux pieds. Quel bonheur!

3. Des propriétaires avenants et disponibles tout au long du séjour.

La gentillesse, la disponibilité des propriétaires pour répondre à toutes nos questions par mail, téléphone et sms avant et pendant le séjour fût parfait.

On a réellement senti des propriétaires concernés par notre bien être pendant le séjour.

En conclusion, vous l'aurez deviné, je recommande vivement et chaudement cet appartement pour l'ensemble de ses qualités. A profiter sans modération.

BIEN mais......

Vue magnifique, départ et retour ski aux pieds,superbe domaine skiable

Le logement est mignon bien conçu mais le ménage laisse à désirer.Par exemple l'aspirateur n'était pas vidé, la poubelle était sale, la salle de bain limite.

La wifi est inaccessible dommage

La boite de nuit de la station est aux pieds de l'immeuble: la fréquentation est bruyante.

Owner's Response: Merci de votre retour. Nous nous réjouissons que vous ayez pû pleinement profiter du domaine skiable de Val Thorens. Nous avons bien prise note de vos remarques concernant le ménage que j'ai immédiatement transmises à notre prestataire. Quel dommage que vous ne nous les ayez pas transmises il y a 3 semaines lors de votre installation car j'aurai pû faire ré-intervenir une équipe de nettoyage. J'espère que vous aurez pû néanmoins passer de bonnes vacances dans notre appartement (vous m'avez écrit vous y sentir comme chez vous). Concernant le wifi, il n'y a pas de Wifi privatif conformément à l'annonce mais nous pensons en installer l'année prochaine suite à votre suggestion. Enfin, concernant l'animation, Val Thorens est une station festive et notre appartement est en plein centre.... Nous esperons que malgré vos remarques, vous conserverez un agréable souvenir de vos vacances à Val Thorens.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce petit appartement, très cosy, très chaleureux. Idéalement situé à Val Thorens, près centre sportif, piscine, où l'on trouve de quoi se préparer au ski. Sans oublier restaurants et boutiques.

L'appartement pour 4 est au top. Bien situé. Départ en ski en bas de la résidence. Madame Fradin est très sympathique, les explications sont claires et la livraison du petit déjeuner le premier matin est appréciable ainsi que le départ sans la corvée ménage ...
