About the property

Rustic house of 86 m2 plus terrace of 62m2, with outdoor shower, well connected.

It consists of dining room with fireplace, equipped kitchen with pantry, a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with bed 200x150 and another with bed 200x90, (possibility of extra bed) .3 or 4 seats. Terrace with outdoor shower and furniture. The house is located in the Can Marce farm, next to the main house where the owner lives, they are independent buildings. Located in a quiet area in the countryside surrounded by almond trees, at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana World Heritage. Its location allows easy hiking, mountain excursions, bicycle touring. Golf course at 5 minutes, horse riding club at 10 minutes, tennis courts at 5 minutes, Mallorcan kitchen restaurant 300m. Nearby towns, Valldemossa at five minutes, Deiá and Bañalbufar at twenty minutes, Palma ten minutes. Twenty kilometers from the airport. Possibility of therapeutic massage in the same farm upon request. Animals are not allowed. Minimum stay 4 nights. Linens and towels. Cleaning costs € 40. Payment of 30% of the amount when making the reservation, by bank transfer, cash remaining to the delivery of keys. Deposit € 100 refundable at the end of the stay, if there are no damages, Tourist tax of € 2 per person and night over 16 years is paid the first 8 days from the ninth € €. Vehicle required, private parking. 30% of electricity consumption will be paid at the end of the stay, only between the months of November to March. Months from October to April (optional) firewood is paid separately every 25 kg € 9 and bottle butane gas stove 15 €

Another perfect stay at this gorgeous rustic farmhouse.

Very peaceful location, with mountain views.

A car is required but everywhere is easily accessible.

The owner is very friendly but not obtrusive, always

available for help if required.

Every detail has been thought of to make a lovely

self catering holiday, and it is very clean and well

maintained. Nice little touches of candles etc.

A Perfect Place

This Rustic Farmhouse is in a beautiful location, surrounded by lemon and

orange groves.

The owner has thought of everything and it is very well equipped with all that is

needed for a self contained holiday. It is spotlessly cleaned and towels and

linens are provided to a high standard.

The Patio area is lovely and peaceful and there are shady and sunny areas

to relax in. This area is also well equipped with tables and sun loungers.

There is one nice restaurant close by, but a car is needed to explore further.

The owner is always available should you require assistance with anything.

A lovely lovely place with views of surrounding countryside and mountains.

Très bonne adresse

Très bonne adresse tant pour le confort de cette petite maison que pour sa situation sur l'île, qui permet de se rendre facilement en beaucoup de lieux différents. Très proche de la Tramuntana et en même temps non loin de l'axe routier principal, située dans une ruelle bien calme, parfait ! Et le propriétaire est fort sympathique et de bon conseil, disponible si problème ou question. Je conseille vivement cette location

Le propriétaire est adorable !!!

Une accueil très chaleureux, toujours la si il y a un petit probleme puisqu'il habite la maison à coter.

Tous nous a etait fourni. Drap, serviette de bain et de plage, sèche cheveux, ustensil de cuisine... meme une bouteille de vin offerte !!!

Seul manque : une vrai cafetière car il n'y a qu'une cafetière italienne donc ceux qui sont habitué à une vrai cafetière il faut s'y habitué :)

2 semaine parfaite ! je recommande !

prévoir une voiture ou bien de devoir prendre le taxi.

maravillosa estancia

Recomendamos totalmente esta casa para su estancia,hemos estado una semana de vacaciones y verdaderamente nos hemos sentido como en casa,la casa tiene todo lo que necesitas,aparte de estar en una zona de campo que no se escuchan ruidos, puedes despetar con el ruido de los pajaritos.

Ni hablar de la amabilidad del propietario,super atento y servicial,desde luego que si volvemos a palma de mallorca volveremos a las misma casa!!

idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die Tramu

Can Marce, in ruhiger Abgeschiedenheit vom großen Touristenstrom liegt das alte Landhaus im Citruspflanzenhain. Ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich, Span Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil. Der freundl. Vermieter wohnt nebenan, zeigt sich zuvorkommend und zurückhaltend. Wir haben uns an diesem idealen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die mittl. Tramuntana sehr wohl gefühlt, einzig : wir haben deutschspr. Fernsehen vermisst.
