About the property

Rustic house of 86 m2 plus terrace of 62m2, with outdoor shower, well connected.

It consists of dining room with fireplace, equipped kitchen with pantry, a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with bed 200x150 and another with bed 200x90, (possibility of extra bed) .3 or 4 seats. Terrace with outdoor shower and furniture. The house is located in the Can Marce farm, next to the main house where the owner lives, they are independent buildings. Located in a quiet area in the countryside surrounded by almond trees, at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana World Heritage. Its location allows easy hiking, mountain excursions, bicycle touring. Golf course at 5 minutes, horse riding club at 10 minutes, tennis courts at 5 minutes, Mallorcan kitchen restaurant 300m. Nearby towns, Valldemossa at five minutes, Deiá and Bañalbufar at twenty minutes, Palma ten minutes. Twenty kilometers from the airport. Possibility of therapeutic massage in the same farm upon request. Animals are not allowed. Minimum stay 4 nights. Linens and towels. Cleaning costs € 40. Payment of 30% of the amount when making the reservation, by bank transfer, cash remaining to the delivery of keys. Deposit € 100 refundable at the end of the stay, if there are no damages, Tourist tax of € 2 per person and night over 16 years the first 8 days from the ninth € €. Vehicle, private parking. 30% of electricity consumption will be paid at the end of the stay, only between the months of November to March. Months from October to April (optional) firewood is paid separately every 25 kg € 9 and bottle butane gas stove 15 €

€ 2.00 person / night upon delivery of keys. Children under 16 have no obligation to pay it.

Deposit:

€ 100 that will be delivered at the time of arrival and will be returned upon departure.

Another Perfect Stay

Another perfect stay at this gorgeous rustic farmhouse.

Very peaceful location, with mountain views.

A car is required but everywhere is easily accessible.

The owner is very friendly but not obtrusive, always

available for help if required.

Every detail has been thought of to make a lovely

self catering holiday, and it is very clean and well

maintained. Nice little touches of candles etc.

A Perfect Place

This Rustic Farmhouse is in a beautiful location, surrounded by lemon and

orange groves.

The owner has thought of everything and it is very well equipped with all that is

needed for a self contained holiday. It is spotlessly cleaned and towels and

linens are provided to a high standard.

The Patio area is lovely and peaceful and there are shady and sunny areas

to relax in. This area is also well equipped with tables and sun loungers.

There is one nice restaurant close by, but a car is needed to explore further.

The owner is always available should you require assistance with anything.

A lovely lovely place with views of surrounding countryside and mountains.

Pace, funzionalità, posizione, cortesia.

Il nostro soggiorno nella casa di Bartolome è stato davvero soddisfacente.

La casa è molto carina, spaziosa (noi eravamo in tre), accogliente, ben attrezzata (dalla lavatrice al tostapane, dal ferro da stiro al microonde oltre a detersivi e qualche provvista), pulita e ben tenuta.

Lo spazio esterno è molto funzionale, permette di parcheggiare comodamente l'auto, di prendere il sole o il fresco serale e di mangiare su uno spazioso tavolo ombreggiato.

E' situata in una zona davvero molto tranquilla, affacciata su una strada dove passano solo i residenti e immersa nel verde.

La posizione è ottimale perchè vicina ad una strada principale che permette di muoversi velocemente verso ogni destinazione alla scoperta dell'isola.

Semplice da raggiungere e comoda per andare/venire dall'aeroporto.

Valore aggiunto sono state la cortesia, disponibilità e discrezione del padrone di casa che abita accanto.

Unico rammarico aver scoperto solo l'ultimo giorno che il proprietario di professione è massaggiatore e quindi di non aver approfittato per un rigenerante massaggio (in realtà era scritto nella descrizione che è possibile richiedere massaggi ma ce ne eravamo dimenticati).

A poca distanza sono presenti zone commerciali dove è possibile acquistare tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno.

Se ci capiterà di tornare a Mallorca di sicuro sapremo dove cercare alloggio!

Comfortabele woning in rustige omgeving,

Goed uitgerust, zeer schoon, ruim huis. Voldoende bedlinnen en handdoeken aanwezig.

Fijne plek om weer naar terug te keren na een dag Mallorca. Bijzonder aardige eigenaar. Prima parkeerplek. Ruime terrassen met goed meubilair.

Le logement est correct, Bartolomé est très accueillant et donne de nombreux conseils. Nous avons pu visiter Palma facilement et faire les randonnées du sud ouest de l'ile. A conseiller.

Great location

A very nice house: comfortable, clean, and a lot of space. Bartolomé is very hospitable and helpful. The oranges (enough for the whole holiday) are also a nice touch. Location is very nice to get into the mountains or the coast, but also close to Palma.
