Very basic but acceptable. Enjoyed our stay.

This house has lots of room which worked well for our family, and also has a big fridge which was great. Though the kitchen was small and we couldn't all sit around the table. The back garden was very overgrown and full of stinging plants. The place was acceptable, very basic but a great price. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms, very little toilet paper, and beds were mildly uncomfortable. The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood close to little shops and restaurants and about a 10 min walk to tube station. There are small grocery stores nearby, but no big ones if your looking for something specific. Overall we did enjoy our stay here.

Great property for a larger group and short walk to the Underground.

Me and six others stayed at this apartment. I don't know if I missed the information or because I am American, but I thought this apartment was on the ground floor, first floor. I did not know it was on the second floor until I received the email with the information on how to get the keys a week prior to our trip. The first floor in the UK seems to be what is the second floor for us in the USA, not a big deal though. I did not mind the stairs but I was with a ground of ladies in their 60's that did mind the stairs but they managed. We all fit very comfortable and there was still room for one or two more. Everyone was happy with the apartment. It was a 30-40 minute ride into the city on the Underground. There are several stops you have to go through to get into the city but it goes by fast. There is a grocery store (Sanisbury) a short walk away and there is a small store (Co-op) right across the street from the Underground Station which we found very convenient.

The kitchen was decent in size, it was a bit of a tight squeeze but since the living room is in the same room as the kitchen some would sit on the couches and others in the dinning table. The refrigerator is small, not a full size refrigerator but we managed, the one by the TV is a freezer which we did not know until we realized it froze our lettuce and soda so we stopped using it. There were enough pots and pans and plates for everyone. The Wifi worked great.

The restrooms were fine. The restroom on the top floor did not have a towel rack for a hand towel but it wasn't a big deal and to be able to turn on the shower you have to pull on the string which is on the right of the string that turns the lights so the shower head turns on, we did not know this until we played around with it.

The rooms were large enough and had enough beds for all of us. There was even one bed that we did not use. There were towels left for all of us as well. The one thing we were missing which was listed on the website was a hair dryer but I sent an email to our contact and he brought one the next day.

Thank you for the stay we enjoyed it.

Excellent location and rental

Location is perfect for the city centre. We booked both apartments ground floor and top floor. We were very pleased with all the facilities and the rental was well maintained and clean. Local shopping and attractions was only 5 minutes walk away. Description on the listing was accurate and truthful.

We will pleased to use the rental a second time.

Location perfect for the City center, all rooms good size and very clean and well maintained. Lots of local attractions, restaurants and shops.

Local people very nice and helpful. Tube and shops only 5 minutes walk.

Will be pleased to use the rental again.
