If interested to be within walking distance of all attractions in Old Naples, and the beach, this location and accommodation is #1. Older property but everything needed is there and it all works. Property manager was attentive and helpful. We would go back again.

Location

Old Naples with outdoor patio overlooking park walkable. Easy access to Host to handle any needs. Top restaurants close- Farmers market with fresh vegetables etc. on Saturday. Gulf Beach and Pier 2blocks Would return if possible

We raised our two children in Naples and they and we agree it keeps getting better! We currently live in Old Naples, ! It is the best!
We spend our summers in Southwest Harbor, Maine.

Why they chose this property

The location of this property cannot be beat😁 well, right on the beach might offer some competition! Google maps is incorrect. The cottage is in Olde Naples not .08 miles away 🌴
You are right in the heart of Old Naples; however, being nestled behind Rogers Park on 3Rd Street is like stepping into another world! Cardinals, little wrens, doves, and a few blue jays frequent our bird bath and feeders! No neighbors, no loud AC conditioners. It’s your own little piece of paradise!
The main cottage is on a different street with a different driveway. It is where we live.
It is truly peaceful and very private!

What makes this property unique

I love doing food prep in the kitchen while looking out the open sliders to the patio viewing ’ flowers, birds, and lush vegetation beyond!
The shade is wonderful from the huge palms, and the subtle sound of the fountain in the park!
Perfect for morning coffee, reading, lunch, grilling, or pulling a chair to the far grill side of patio for some luxiourous, filtered afternoon sun!
