Located in a quiet and upmarket Calpe neighbourhood (Manzanera) and in a high standing residence, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor with private 30m2 terrace comes with Wi-Fi, airco and parking. Not that you’ll really need a car - everything in the local area is within walking distance, including beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

Perfect for families, this apartment is located in the upscale Manzanera Residence where you'll get access to the pool and gym.

The Inside Space: a contemporary living/dining area feels bright and spacious and lots of natural light. A cushioned-scattered couch offers a comfy spot to lounge, while the nearby dining area has a table that seats four. From this open living space, sliding glass doors open out onto the terrace.

The apartment’s compact kitchen comes with a hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and the with essential pantry items available for whipping up quick meals.

You have two bedrooms. A stylish master bedroom with a double bed comes with bathroom ensuite and a kid-friendly bedroom with two single beds.

The apartment also have another fully equipped bathroom.

The Outdoor Space: From the moment you arrive, you’ll be instantly drawn to the apartment’s terrace where it’s likely you’ll want to spend the majority of your time on it.

For spectacular views of the region, hike or climb to the summit of Peñón de Ifach. Just 7 minutes away by car, this “Gibraltar-like” cliff face soars 332 m above the Mediterranean, and it’s home to a variety of wildlife and rare local plants.

If you’re bringing the kids, there are two theme parks within easy reach. Hurtle down heart-thumping roller coasters at Terra Mitica, or tear down epic water rides at Aqualandia - one of the biggest water parks in Europe. Both destinations are within a 30-minute drive.

Excellent for long term cycling stay!

We stayed for six weeks for road cycling training in February-March, and for this purpose the apartment is excellent! The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, fridge and freezer. Storage and cleaning of bikes was done in the private garden (with water from hose pipe) outside the living room. The gym is OK, and was used for strength exercises. The buildings and surroundings are well kept, and parking garage under the buildings if you have a car. Pool looks very nice, but was not used by us. On the negative side: The beds were quite hard. And there is no view from the apartment (but for us, bike cleaning possibility is more important than view).

The apartment is a short walk from center Calp (10min), Red Cross/Cruz Roja bus stop (10min) and grocery store (8 min), The beach is 4-5 min away. Landlord representatives Maria Jose and Christophe Salmon were both service minded and helpful. Thanks for a nice stay!

Well appointed and good value for the money

Everything you would require in the accomodation. The beds could be more comfortable with a larger double in the main bedroom.The apartment was very clean and tidy as was the complex and the swimming pool was fantastic.We used the pool every day.The area is very beautiful with good views but is very hilly.Calpe is a lovely holiday destination
