With gorgeous views of Seneca Lake and overlooking Two Goats Brewing and the vineyards at Chateau La Fayette Reneau at Atwater, our home is located at the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. We have completed a full home renovation that we hope provides our guests with a luxury experience along with the great service they have become accustomed to at our other locations (please see reviews for VRBO listing #912271 and # 1484003).

Two living rooms with TV/ gas fireplace in one, Pac-Man arcade game in the other. Puzzles, Cornhole, also available

First floor (queen) bedroom + brand new Nectar mattress

Full bathroom (standing shower)

Second floor:

Primary bedroom with en suite (standing shower and soaking tub) + brand new Nectar mattress

Two additional bedrooms that share common bathroom (tub):

Queen bedroom with French doors to small outdoor deck + brand new Nectar mattress

Two full size built in bunk beds with additional loft area that has two twin beds + Tuft & Needle mattresses

Full size washer and dryer

Deck: wrap around porch with pretty much unobstructed views of Seneca Lake;
