Excellent apartment situated on the 2nd floor within a closed condominium with private parking and three connecting shared swimming pools surrounded by a lovely lawn area.

The apartment consists of a double bedroom with access to family bathroom on the first floor.

Large well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and utensils, and a serving opening to the dining area.

Open plan living room with flat screen TV which has a usb input and built-in dvd player. This leads onto a large balcony equipped with 3 piece rattan furniture overlooking the immaculately kept gardens and swimming pools.

On the second floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite that includes shower, there is also access to the gallery overlooking the lounge area, and leading off this is a large south facing roof terrace with superb views over Vilamoura and the sea.

To the rear of the property is a large enclosed children’s play and picnic area.

In the immediate surroundings of Vilamoura there are plenty of activities to fill your time they include golf, tennis, lawn bowling greens, riding, sailing, deep sea fishing, water sports, cycling, football and minigolf.

The property is on the route of the tourist road train and municipal buses, or you can have a pleasant stroll to the marina/ beach in 20-25 mins

Wonderful stay in Vilamoura

We had a wonderful two weeks in Vilamoura. The apartment is in a great location only a 25 min walk through a park area to the Marina. The apartment itself is lovely the photos were exactly as described. The roof terrace for us was perfect very private for sunbathing or dining. The terrace also has amazing views of the Marina and surrounding areas. The property is clean and very well maintained. Thanks to Austin for excellent communication throughout our the booking process and afterwards. Thanks also to Ricardo at the apartment complex he was very helpful with directions and places to visit etc.Would definitely recommend and we hope to go back ourselves.

Week long Stay 2 Bedroom Duplex Apartment

Communication from point of booking to even when i arrived back in the Uk was excellent. Owner ensured all the details to make our stay where passed over in a timely manner and also help with a few restaurant selections while we where in vilamoura. The owner provide me and the rest of our party excellent customer service and i would defiantly recommend this apartment to anyone who is thinking of visiting vilamoura in the future.

The property was listed exactly as stated on the website and the pictures where very detailed. To be honest the pictures of the roof top terrace don't do that space real justice as it is a excellent area to relax during the day and possibly entertain during the evening with the sunset and views of the marina in the back ground.

Property was maintained and cleaned to a high standard all necessities where available on arrival too. Fresh bedding and towels where provided.
