Entering into this gorgeous custom built home, you are greeted in the entry by a custom wrought iron chandelier. To the right is an eat in breakfast nook with seating up to 10 guests. The custom cooks kitchen will be sure to provide the perfect place to prepare a gourmet meal or simple charcuterie spread. Complete with upgraded stainless steel appliances including a side by side fridge/freezer combo, double wall oven, dishwasher, microwave and counter top stove. The large picture window provides the perfect amount of direct sunlight.
Making your way into the dining area you will find a large rustic style table with seating for 6 guests and additional seating at the kitchen counter. The expansive floor to ceiling windows and doors provide the most excellent wooded forest view. The high vaulted ceilings give an open feel to the space. Sit around the wood burning fireplace and enjoy your favorite movie or show on the large flat screen TV or use the WIFI internet to stream your favorite device.
Head out onto the deck to enjoy a nice barbecue on the homes propane grill with seating and that gorgeous view.
In the main living area you will find a half bath with a laundry area complete with a full size washer and dryer for your use.
You will also find the master suite just off the living area. The room provides for a very relaxing setting with a king size bed, antique chandeliers with drippy crystal prisms and warm wood used throughout. Watch a movie on the flat screen TV or relax in the oversized bathtub. The master bath area has dual sinks, a shower stall and extensive custom travertine tile.
Head downstairs where you will find outdoor access just at the landing. Head out to the backyard area where you will find a park like setting with a seating area. Perfect for an outdoor picnic lunch or gathering.
Step back inside where you will find an open concept bedroom with a large workspace, deck access a twin over full bunk with twin trundle and TV.
Down the hall you will find two additional bedrooms both complete with queen size beds, gorgeous views and deck access. At the end of the hall you will find a full jack and jill style bathroom with double sinks and a private toilet area.
Lastly you will find the game room of the home. Complete with a pool table, dart board and a lounging area. There is a pub style table and a large flat screen TV.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
