This is a monthly rental with lots of room. There is a wonderful outdoor patio for grilling and relaxing. The living room is large with a two sided gas fireplace. The kitchen has been remodeled with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master and guest bedrooms and bathrooms are both over-sized. The office is located in a spacious loft overlooking the living room.
Walking the neighborhood provides great views of the mountains. Rocky Mountain National Park is nearby. Eldora is the closest ski area, Loveland, Copper Mtn, Keystone and Winter Park are day trips.

Perfect location for us

This was the perfect location for us to stay close to family during the holidays. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was so easy. She always answered questions promptly. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to recover and rest.

This property is quiet but is close to restaurants and shopping. Well maintained with updated kitchen and bathrooms. We lost our home to a fire. The owner was gracious to let us stay for a few months. We appreciated the opportunity to stay in a quiet, quaintly furnished townhome with all the amenities. The owner is great to work with. I highly recommend this property.

EXCELLENT AND COMFORTABLE !!!

Thanksgiving and Christmas Stay

This property is in a great location with easy access to wherever we wanted to go. There is a Starbucks, grocery store and a few restaurants within walking distance. The owner was always available by phone for any questions. I enjoyed the loft where there is an office that was convenient for telecommunication and work. We stayed 7 weeks visiting family for the Holidays and I was able to continue my work from that loft.
