About the property

The apartment, located in a former building of one of the oldest street of the historic center has been completely refurbished to meet the highest demands of modern comfort with eg heating control room by room.

The bright modern kitchen with its sky / canopy is equipped with all the desirable equipment: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee pod machine + classic coffee toaster etc .. all in high-end hardware.

The large living room balcony access street by three large French window (ceiling height of 3m) is parquet (like the master bedroom suite) it has a large TV flat screen with access via the cable to a wide range of programs (including channels in English)

The master suite includes a large proportion specific location dedicated for the use of a laptop (integrated WiFi equipment) with available printer.

Adjoining the result a bathroom with a large shower "Italian" and a full dressing room equipped with all the storage options.

The entire furniture and equipment is the best bill and completely new.

The apartment is only dedicated to the rent you have access to the entire apartment except for a small discount reserved for the housekeeper who comes once a week (or more on request on purpose)

The apartment is located in the most picturesque area of ​​the city within 100 to 250 meters a multitude of shops, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, exhibition halls and sights (Castillet, Cathedrale St Jean, Place de la Loge and Loge de Mer, Palais des Rois de Majorca, Campo Santo etc ..)

The apartment is terrific and so is Jean-Luc.

This apartment is spacious, attractive and very well located. Jean-Luc could not have been more helpful, We would go back in a minute and just might. Perpignan is a lovely city to visit. In much of the old city, cars are restricted which makes for peace and quiet. The restaurants are mostly quite good. Take a drive or spend a few days in neighboring Ceret, a beautiful town about 45 minutes away.

An amazing apartment in the heart of the city.

The apartment is located in the center of the historic district. It is large and spacious and very well equipped. The host greeted us at the train station and took us to the apartment. He was gracious and was full of ideas about what we could do. Perpignan is a very interesting town with a rich history and lots of good food. It was well worth the visit

A most wonderful stay!

The apartment is gorgeous & spacious with attention to every detail. The beds are comfy with beautiful linens. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped! If you like espresso coffee there is a machine for that.....if you like drip coffee, there is a machine for that. There is a fabulous set of pots & pans but I doubt you will use them as this apartment is in the centre of everything, surrounded by beautiful shops and restaurants. If you want to eat in, there is a delicious rotisserie chicken place at the end of the block and a grocery store a block away plus wonderful specialty cheese and bread shops right nearby.

The very best is the wonderful host. Jean-Luc met us at the apartment and showed us some of the beautiful features he’s put into this gem. He also had some wonderful restaurant recommendations which we enjoyed.

On the morning we were leaving, he stopped by to collect his keys and wish us well. We were sad to leave but feel incredibly fortunate to have found Jean-Luc and his lovely apartment in the heart of Perpignan!

Leaves Us Wanting More.....

Jean-Luc was the perfect host. The apartment was in the center of the Historic Area which was wonderful. We immersed ourselves in the local culture and didn't need to move the car from the parking garage. Perpignan is vibrant with lots of history and places to visit. Well worth a trip to this exciting area.

Superb!

The apartment exceeds expectations. Magnificent clean and larger than the photos suggest. Lots of room with great facilities.

Located 2 mins walk from the place de la republique and in the heart of the city.

The owner is a truly lovely man. Picked us up from the station too. For a short break this property is amazing and we would recommend it to anyone.

Ein wirklich schönes Apartment im Herzen von Perpignan. Der Gastgeber Jean-Luc hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns mit allen nötigen Infos wie zum Beispiel - bester Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants versorgt. Wir gehen auf jeden Fall wieder hin!

Just by the way: we found the origin of the noise of the refrigerator, it was only the inner ventilator that was making a vibration and now it is just as noiseless as it was before!
