High spec Harrogate centre apartment in a Superb position for the Harrogate International Conference Centre. Awarded four star Gold Award by Quality in Tourism, Visit England. This luxurious and high specification duplex apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 4 and suits both business and leisure guests being so close to the Spa town's attractions and the business quarter. All the beds can be split into twins giving more flexibility. There is a sofa bed available for 2 additional guests (extra charges apply)

We are flexible on 'changeover days' and lengths of stay, realising that Harrogate makes an ideal venue for a long weekend break, or with the accessibility of the conference centre directly opposite, a popular business venue midweek. We are also happy to take longer term bookings and can offer special rates for these if you contact us. Ideal for relocations and in between house moves.

All stays will be provided with a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and we also provide washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent, kitchen roll and toiletries in the bathrooms.


With the town centre with all its shops and restaurants on your doorstep you can enjoy all Harrogate has to offer whilst staying here. This contemporary apartment has been tastefully decorated and equipped to a high standard with everything you would need for self-catering. Strawberry Apartment 1 which is right next door has 3 en-suite bedrooms so 12 guests could be comfortably accommodated next door to each other.

Strawberry Apartment 2 has been recently renovated to a very high standard to provide spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people. Ground floor apartment situated on the popular Kings Road, just minutes from the town centre and overlooking the Conference Centre.

Apartment is entered through its own private door from the car park. There is a small step from the parking area to enter the door.

Entrance hall with door leading to large fully fitted kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, state of the art microwave/halogen oven, built in bean to cup coffee machine with expresso/cappuccino maker, large twin door American fridge freezer with built in water dispenser and ice maker, kettle, toaster, along with all cooking pans and utensils and crockery and cutlery. All you would need for self catering and beyond, even including egg cups and egg poacher!

Spacious and airy Lounge with large dining table to seat 6, perfect if you wish to entertain. Sofa bed in lounge to provide additional accommodation for 2 (extra charge per night). Large screen LED TV with Blu Ray player and surround sound speaker bar system with iPod / iPhone docking station. Selection of books and DVDs provided for your entertainment.

Downstairs to super king bedroom with travertine en-suite with large walk in deluge shower, toilet and basin, designer towel rail, concealed spotlights and all important underfloor heating. Bed can be split into twin beds on request (extra charge to cover laundry). Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, with supply of hangers. Hair dryer.

Further double bedroom with king size bed which can be split into twin beds by request (extra charge to cover laundry). Wardrobe with plenty of hangers, drawers and hair dryer.

House bathroom with large bath with deluge shower over, wall hung toilet and basin, designer towel radiator and underfloor heating. Concealed spotlights.

Under stairs utility area with washer dryer. Airing rack, iron and ironing board.

All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and drawer space along with an ample supply of hangers. We provide toiletries and fluffy white towels for all bathrooms. Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.


Gas central heating, unlimited hot water, microwave/halogen oven, American 2 door fridge / freezer with water dispenser and ice maker, built in bean to cup coffee machine, Induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cafetierre, all cutlery, crockery and cooking pots and utensils for self catering, large screen LED TV with Virgin Media package + further cable LED TV with DVD player in master bedroom. High speed WiFi throughout the apartment. All bedlinen and towels provided. Hair dryers are provided along with an iron and ironing board.

Car parking to rear on first come first served basis - some on street parking permits can also be provided on request. Families welcome, please bring own high chair and cot bedding (a travel cot can be provided). No smoking. Short breaks accepted all year. Complimentary supply of toiletries and beverages.One well behaved dog with charge to cover additional cleaning (sorry no cats).

Quality Egyptian cotton bedding and fluffy white cotton towels are provided for all guests

A smart spacious apartment with top of the range extras and very comfy beds.

My only quibbles are that it was hard to find as the directions we were sent had the wrong address on them and the bedrooms are downstairs so noisy if you have anyone wanting to nap whilst people are awake.

Excellent value for money and supper sexy bathrooms.

Convenient location, modern amenities

Very much enjoyed the apartment and all its amenities. Great location close to the shops and action but thankfully not the noise. Parking was a bit tricky on the long weekend but I had been fairly warned by my host and managed just fine. Key pick up was perfect as I could do entirely on my own schedule.

Lovely apartment

Stayed for the weekend with friends, superb location, two minute walk into town. Comfortable, clean, high spec apartment. Very tastefully decorated with good quality appliances, the bathrooms were both exceptional. Harrogate is one of the most attractive places we have visited, the town is very clean and tidy, beautiful hanging baskets althrough the town and lots of green areas with plenty of seating. Valley gardens are stunning.

Will definitely be back, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend accomodation to others.

The stylish spa town of Harrogate is situated in North Yorkshire, the UK's largest county, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and offers something for everyone, from boutique shops to country walks and historic buildings. The surrounding area has much to offer for all ages, from walks around Bolton Abbey, a visit to Ripley castle with its famous ice cream shop nearby, a visit to Brimham Rocks or Knaresborough, the stately home of Harewood House and the nearby city of Leeds. There is also a theme park for big and little children at Light water Valley. Far too much to fit into one visit.

Harrogate offers an eclectic mix of high street shops along with bespoke designer shops. There are also numerous art and antique galleries on offer.

Visit the famous Betty's tea rooms with branches both in the town centre and at the nearby RHS Harlow Carr Gardens. Since 1919, Bettys has been the leader in the art of running a graceful, but never pompous, tearoom, meeting our urge to pause mid-afternoon for some scrumptious macaroons, vanilla slices or its signature fat rascals (similar to a scone but with more fruit).

Spend an afternoon relaxing at the Turkish baths with spa treatments. There are numerous spa treatments available.

RHS Harlow Carr Gardens - One of Yorkshire's most relaxing and surprising gardens at the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales!

Harrogate is surrounded by expanses of green with the 200 acre Stray and also the Valley gardens where you will find tennis courts.

The Royal Pump Room Museum - Housed in the splendid Royal Pump Room, the site of Europe's strongest sulphur well, the Museum tells the intriguing story of how Harrogate became a spa town. Discover stories of Russian royalty, disappearing crime writers and watery miracles. Marvel at the amazing spa treatments and don't leave without trying a glass of the infamous water! Discover all creatures great and small in'Animal Magic' until 14th May, featuring a host of animals, from frog mugs to feather hats. From 28th May step 'Behind the Seams at the Museum' to explore our amazing textile anc costume collection. See ancient Coptic textiles, 17th century English raised bead work, and costumes from tiny baby clothes to beaded 1920s dresses.

Nearby is the market town of Knaresborough with its river and boat rides along with:

Mother Shiptons Cave - England's most famous Prophetess. She lived some 500 years ago during the reigns of King Henry VIII and Queen Elizabeth I.

Her Prophetic visions became known and feared throughout England, with many of them still proving uncannily accurate today.

The Cave, her legendary birthplace is near to the famous, unique, geological phenomenon - The Petrifying Well. See its magical cascading waters turn items into stone!

The Petrifying Well is England's Oldest Visitor Attraction, first opening its gates in 1630!

Mother Shiptons Cave & The Petrifying Well lie at the heart of the Mother Shipton Estate – a relic of the Ancient Forest of Knaresborough.

Knaresborough Castle and Courthouse Museum - There is much to see at Knaresborough Castle, a stronghold of Medieval Kings. Explore the castle to discover the history of the Keep, dungeon and mysterious underground sally port. Visit the Courthouse Museum to discover an original Tudor courtroom and get a fascinating insight into Knaresborough's royal and infamous residents as well as the political intrigues of the day. Enjoy our acclaimed 'Life in a Castle' hands-on exhibition including medieval costumes to try on (for adults too!) as well as discovery boxes and a Castle trail. And don't forget to take in the view overlooking the picturesque town and River Nidd.

The market city of Ripon, one of the smallest cities in England, is 7 miles away. Ripley Castle is under 4 miles away. Fountains Abbey is also worth a visit.

Numerous golf clubs, hydro baths pool.

The Harrogate International Conference centre is opposite the apartment and there are numerous events on offer, including gift and fashion fairs. Perfect if you are visiting an exhibition and a great place to stay if you are exhibiting at the HIC. Close enough to pop 'home' for lunch and a recharge.

Harrogate theatre offers a full year round programme. Odeon cinema in the town centre.

The historic walled city of York with its famous Minster is reached by road in around 45 minutes or by train.

Light water valley theme park is 16 miles away.
