Capri by the Gulf is located directly on one of the most sought after stretches beaches in the world. The property sits on 300 feet of beach in the heart of Crystal Beach. The gated community helps guests feel a sense of privacy and safety while keeping traffic to the beach to a minimum. This property is excellent for a romantic getaway or a family with small children. Capri 102 sleeps two. 1 King-sized bed. Seasonal Beach Service is included with the rentals (2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily on the beach). NO TENTS OR CANOPIES ALLOWED ON BEACH. Rentals during the peak season are taken from Friday to Friday. Complimentary wifi included for streaming your favorite apps! Cable not provided.

It is very convenient to walk to Camille's, The Crab Trap or 790 on the Gulf for a drink or a quick bite or walk over at night and enjoy inside dining with a great view! Also, less than one mile from Capri by the Gulf is Destin Commons outdoor mall, movie theater, Uncle Buck's Bowling, Bass Pro, World of Beer, and many other shopping and dining options. And if you don't want to leave the beach road for dinner, you have some great options: Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's, Surf Hut, or Caption Dave's on the Gulf. My home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location, nice condo and great mgmt. staff. The two swivel chairs are in very poor condition-fabric is threadbare and I had to take cushions from one chair and add to the other to have any support. Sofa bed is marginal but only used one time. Bed is great. New living room furniture would make this a 5 star unit.

Great location and beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time. It was a very cute hotel right on a beautiful beach and a great location. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to go up and down the strip and to the convenience stores as well as grocery stores. You do not need to rent a car when you have the golf cart which is so much fun.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Capri for many years without incident:however, this year the security gate was broken for three days. People were coming in off the streets in golf carts. We were not at all secured. It was unnerving, to say the lease, to pay what we do to stay there and have no security for that length of time.
