Stylish and contemporary 2 double bedroom Garden apartment newly finished to a high specification a few minutes walk to the centre of Harrogate and HIC yet in a quiet location.
Both bedrooms have comfortable superking beds which can be split into twin beds by request (small charge applies). Hair dryers provided. Top quality Egyptian cotton linen provided along with fluffy white bath sheets. Wardrobes and drawer space in each room.
Fully tiled modern Luxury bathroom with walk in deluge shower. Toiletries provided. Underfloor heating
Newly fitted Kitchen with integrated full size dishwasher, Neff appliances (fan oven, combination microwave/oven and induction hob). All pans, crockery and cutlery provided. Toaster, kettle, cafetierre, iron with ironing board. Supply of tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets to get you started. Large stainless steel American style fridge / freezer.
Lounge with seating for 4. Flat screen LED TV and DVD player with Virgin package and free wifi. Separate Dining area with table and seating for 4.
Adequate on street parking available. Parking is controlled Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1800. Free 3 hour disc zone (disc provided in apartment). We can supply on street parking permits which are valid from day of activation until noon the following day. These are £5 each and should be requested in advance of arrival.
We can provide a high chair and travel cot (please bring own bedding). Well behaved pets welcome ( small charge applies)
The apartment is lower ground floor and accessed by 6 wide flagged steps going down to the front door. Door opens onto the comfortable lounge with kitchen. A door leads to the dining area, bathroom and two superking bedrooms. As this is a basement property there is restricted headroom of 2m in areas. We have tried to provide natural light and the apartment has a contemporary light and airy feel.
Standard arrival is 1500. Early arrival of 1400 is available at £10 extra
Standard departure is 1000 and late 12 noon departure is available for £20 extra.

The apartment was everything we needed and exactly what was expected. The good points are: the great location; very comfortable beds; the whole apartment was very clean; the bathroom is very modern with good water pressure in the shower (I was a little apprehensive because of the Saniflo toilet, but it was fine); kitchen is very well-equipped with large fridge-freezer and full set of pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, and also plenty of tea and coffee; I didn't meet Linda in person, but she welcomed our dog and responded to any problems very quickly and fairly.”
Communicating with Linda whilst organising our stay was straight forward and she responded to our queries with lightening speed. Although this is a self check in apartment (great that you can arrive at your leisure without having to coordinate with the owner) we were met by Linda and she showed us around and was very informative about the local area, it's amenities as well as providing us with dinner suggestions. There was also a very detailed manual in the apartment which covered any questions we might have about the accommodation and also places to visit locally.
The apartment is very well situated, close to Betty's and the numerous shops, restaurants bars etc that Harrogate has to offer. The Montpellier quarter is a great place to wander around and the valley gardens were minutes away. The kitchen was well kitted out but there are so many eateries on the doorstep that we only had breakfast there. The coffee machine was a nice touch. The availability of a secure parking space was an added bonus although there are many nearby alternatives available and Linda provided detailed information about this
The apartment has been finished to an extremely high standard, and has that home from home feel. The views are amazing starting with the journey in the glass lift. Very contemporary, light and airy feel
We were only a party of 4, however the apartment would cater for 6. It was great that we had a bathroom between each couple
We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area in the not too distant future, although I feel that once word gets out about this little gem, finding availability will be a challenge. We were the first guests to stay in this newly finished apartment and could find no faults.
This basement flat is certainly ideal for using as a base to explore Harrogate and the surrounding areas. Close enough to town centre to walk in for shopping and evening meals. We also visited nearby York which was excellent.
Accommodation is very clean, very well maintained and the kitchen and bathroom fittings are of the highest standards. Fully equipped and very comfortable the four of us had plenty of space. Linda very helpful before during and after booking.
We hope to come back and stay again soon!
We had a weekend break here and the apartment couldn't have been better situated being within 5 minutes walk of the shops and restaurants and there was even a large supermarket just 2 minutes away. The neighbourhood was very quiet and the huge comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. It is a lovely, well equipped apartment with a lot of attention to detail. Linda, the owner made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend this apartment.
Die Wohnung ist am Rande des Stadtzentrums von Harrogate gelegen. Alles ist sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen: Bahnhof, Busbahnhof, Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern klappt einwandfrei. Man kann sich dort sehr wohlfühlen.
