Property manager/Owner purchased this apartment in 2009
We chose to represent this apartment for it's excellent location and roominess. Nice three bedroom apartments in such a prime Rome location are hard to find.
Strolls along the Via del Corso
Many excellent neighborhood restaurants
Easy walk to the Spanish Steps
Proximity to Piazza del Popolo and Borghese Gardens
Outstanding accommodations - very spacious, very clean, and ideally located for seeing all of the sites of central Rome. While the apartment is located in a relatively quiet side street, due to its proximity to Piazza del Poppolo there were literally dozens of excellent eating options within a few blocks of the apartment. The air conditioners in the living room and each of the bedrooms were a god send given the heat wave while we were there. The pictures on the website are accurate but don't fully convey the amount of space in the apartment. It is on the 4th floor but there was an elevator. The greeter was very helpful and the transport service recommended by Italy Perfect for getting to the apartment from the airport (Marko and Stefano) worked out well - both rearranged their schedules when our flight was delayed by 18 hours and we were very thankful they were there when we finally arrived. We would definitely recommend the Classico for family travel (there were 5 of us with our two teenage children and my wife's father) and would highly recommend Italy Perfect to those contemplating renting an apartment in Rome.
Greeter was on-time, friendly, knowledgable, and can provide many extra services (i.e. limo to airport). 3 bedroom unit was on 4th story but with an elevator. Unit was clean, functional, secure and quiet. The location was terrific with easy access to Metro, Via del Corso, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Tiber, etc. Beds were of high quality and comfortable; plenty of hot water.
Would definitely recommend to a friend and would stay there next time we visit Rome (assuming we needed 3 bedrooms).
We arranged the stay at an apartment through Italy Perfect.
From the booking process through the check-out, every detail went flawlessly. Lisa, who was our contact person was very helpful at answering questions, making recommendations and educating us as to what to expect during our visit to Rome. There are many details that a first time visitor, or even a "not frequent" visitor will find very helpful in managing expectations and preparing in advance. Our greeter, Daniella was prompt, charming and thorough in introducing us to the apartment particulars. We were able to contact her during our stay several times with questions.
The accommodations itself were very accurate to the description and photos. The location was very convenient to 90% of the sights that we wanted to see, many of which were within walking distance. Our 17 year old kids mastered the Metro within one day and we felt comfortable letting them explore on their own on several occasions. They actually discovered what turned out to be one of our favorite restaurants on one of their outings.
I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to anyone considering a trip to Rome.
We loved our stay at the Classico apartment. We traveled w our 3 teenage sons (13, 18 & 19). Location was good. Quiet street. Beautiful apartment w fun decorations. Would perhaps say it's more a Piazza Popolo location than Spanish steps. Although steps were close as well! Numerous nice restaurants around corner and within walking distance. A/C was welcome treat (96 degree heat!). Greeter was aware we were delayed and met us on time. Italy Perfect gives you very detailed references for shopping, restaurants, guides and drivers etc. The toilet in master bath leaked but we didn't want to deal w plumber for the short stay so just shut the door to avoid the dripping noise. We did let them know so they could fix before next guests arrived. Also, Italian pillows are very firm so pls be aware in case you have neck/shoulder issues and rent here for more than a couple of nights. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and stay again if we come back to Rome!!!!
Great location and Daniella was wonderful to work with. Very well accommodated with large bedrooms and a nice living room. Kitchen has everything you need as well as a washer and dryer. All rooms had air conditioner except one of our rooms wasn't working. I did alert the owner when we vacated. I would recommend this apartment.
Finding an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths prove to be no problem when using Italy Perfect. Classico was just perfect for 3 couples. It was spacious and comfortable. It was quiet and in a great location for all our sightseeing excursions. We cooked one night and found the kitchen well equipped. It was wonderful to enjoy the great tastes of Italy in our own apartment! We had a marvelous time! Thank you Lisa and Pat for helping to create a memorable week in Rome!!
This property is managed by Italy Perfect. Every detail was set out in easy to understand formats. The recommendations on drivers, taxis, personal tour guides, etc were superb. The apartment was on a nice quiet street, but very near to Piazza del Popolo, with easy access to Via del Corsa, local shopping, etc. The area was very safe and quiet, and a very easy walk to the Metro. Our greeter was early - which was nice - and very informative. The apartment was very comfortable. The only complaint that we had was the range of the wi-fi, but it turned out very positive. If you wanted to send or receive from the wi-fi, you had to be sitting in the living room. Since we had teenagers with us, (whose can't live without social media), this meant that all of us spent a lot of time in same room, together. The kitchen was a little far from the dining area. It would have been nice if there had been a porch, but the porch had been converted into an alcove. Not much of a view, but that is why it was quiet. On the courtyard side, we opened the windows and slept peacefully all night (the cooing of the doves woke us up). I recommend the apartment, and I would definitely rent another property through Italy Perfect.
