#409 is a fourth floor one bedroom unit with a king bed. The entire condo has been attractively upgraded including beautiful tile and granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. Outside the living area is a balcony with scenic views facing south.

1 bedroom Aspen vacation rental condo walk to downtown. Our Aspen Condominium vacation rentals are located in the heart of town! Just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Walking distance to downtown, and on the free bus route. We are just three blocks from Aspen Gondola!

Great space and location

We loved our 5-day stay! Would be 5-stars, just small deductions for the hot tub being closed for the first part of our stay and short hours (10am -8pm). Couch was also pretty uncomfortable, but the rest of the condo was in really good condition and recently remodeled. Overall it was clean, really close to downtown, great views. We hope to come back!

Perfect location!

Couldn't ask for a better first time experience in Aspen! The unit was located in a perfect spot to explore the town. The condo was just as pictured and describe, no surprises. The property management staff was pleasant and attentive. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Lift One for a wonderful and memorable stay!
