The property is on two levels with the top level having 4 double bedrooms and the bottom level hosting the dining and living areas, a cloakroom plus the kitchen and a 5th twin bedroom. The property also includes a separate independent guest apartment/pool house with a kitchenette and living area plus a separate double bedroom. Air Conditioned throughout Hot/Cold, ample parking space. Very private location with lots of green and breathtaking views from almost all windows. Almost unique to this area the guests can enjoy a heated pool for the cooler months (heating service costs a small extra to cover electricity charges).

Access to the property is very easy once the car is driven down from the front gate. Car can be parked in front of front door and access is at this same level. House is on two levels so renters need to be able to climb up and down between these two levels.
Beautiful Private Heated Pool: bean shaped, 45 Sq Metres with night lighting and with a fountain feature at the back. Patio with large outdoor dining area with seating for 10 people. Many sun loungers, small tables and areas of shade including an outdoor seating area with a small sofa. Barbecue/ outdoor kitchen with bar area and stools. Absolutely stunning views onto the green forest and then the down to the marina of Puerto Portals.

We are an international family, our nationalities comprising: Italian, German, North America and British. My husband and I have lived in London for over 15 years now and enjoy it all (except maybe the weather ;)). We love Mallorca and have realised a dream when we bought our property there.
Odette purchased this villa in 2012
Two years ago we booked a holiday to Mallorca and by chance rented this very same villa. Our children at the time were 5 and 7 years old. We fell in love with the property and with Mallorca as a whole and were extremely lucky that the property went on sale just as were started to look around in Costa Den Blanes for a house to buy. This area has the immense advantage of having the breathtaking views and the tranquillity that comes with being up a hill and away from the crowds, but also the easy access to the exciting night life that Mallorca has to offer with the uber cool Puerto Portals and its great restaurants and shops just 5 minutes and Palma just 10 minutes drive away. The area also offers horseback riding, football classes, sailing school, golf and great beaches.
One of the big advantages that this property has respect to some of the other properties in this area is that it is very private with parts of it feeling like you are 'suspended' into the green belt that runs along a whole side of the property. Most of the windows have uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean and of the green belt. It feels very peaceful and serene.
Casa Encanto is the perfect place for a memorable family holiday. We are a large family with children and there was plenty of room for us all inside and out. The large family kitchen and outdoor kitchen/BBQ area as well as the overall decor and facilities at the house are exceptional.
The villa is a short taxi ride or a 25 min walk from the port, an ideal location! The supermarket is 5 min drive away.
We had an excellent family holiday and would highly recommend Casa Encanto to anyone!
Overall we had a great vacation. This was our first time visiting Mallorca and we really enjoyed it. The property management company was very knowledgable of the area and set us up with a great chef (Martin). His service/ food was excellent. It was great to have someone cook and clean up for us one evening.
The only complaint I had was that we were supposed to have a mid week cleaning service that did not come. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
Recently stayed here with family and friends. Thoroughly enjoyed this villa and the facilities provided, exceeded expectations all round. Beautiful view over Puerto Portals and great location.

We had a fantastic stay at Odette's wonderful villa. We were 5 young couples with two babies/toddlers, and everyone absolutely loved the place. The villa was modern, spacious, and professionally maintained. We had some lovely evenings BBQing outside, relaxing by the pool, and enjoying the stunning views. We also loved the tranquility of the neighborhood. Odette was very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. We would wholeheartedly recommend this villa.
We have rented many villas over the years and found this to be right up there with the very best.It is a beautiful house, tastefully decorated and immaculately kept.The handover was very simple.The villa has everything you need and more.It is very very spacious and will easily accommodate 12 guests with room to spare.It is within easy reach of the port of Portals which has a wide variety of restaurants.I would not hesitate to recommend Casa Encante very highly.It is also very good value as we have stayed in more expensive villas nearby that have not been a patch on the quality of this one.It must also be said that dealing with the owner was very straightforward and uncomplicated.A very pleasant experience all round.
The property was of very good standard, clean, comfortable and elegant. The sea views were stunning. Odette was very helpful in meeting our family needs and so were the property management team. The pool was great and well maintained by the management team. Kitchen utensils and crockery were of good standard. All bedrooms and bathrooms were also of high standard with good linen and towels provided. Property was looked after an area security guard which gave an extra security feel to it. Porta Portals was a short drive away with plenty of restaurants. We would definitely recommend the property to our friends and families and hope one day can use it again. The closest beach is the one off Puerto Portals. This is about 5 minutes drive away. You could walk there in about 15 minutes but the return journey is uphill! There are many beautiful beaches all along the south west coast, all 5-20 minutes drive away.
Many of the most prestigious Golf courses including Bendinat, Santa Ponsa, plus Son Vida all at less than 10 minutes drive away.

Plenty of supermarkets in the area, some open on Sundays. Closest supermarket is 5 minutes drive away. Pharmacy, Banks etc.. all at Puerto Portals which also has Michelin star restaurants, many family friendly restaurants (pizza, brasseries etc.) and many shops mainly top end/branded shops and very cool beach-wear boutiques.

Rates include rental of the Main House with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Use of the Guesthouse with one extra bedroom, sitting room with sofabed, kitchen and bathroom incurs an additional cost of 500 Euros per week. Optional use of pool heating incurs an additional 500 Euros to cover electricity costs.
Changeover on Saturday. Some exceptions can be made outside of high season.
