Studio 3 places 24m2 in secure residence (code for entrance door and parking barrier) located on the 3rd floor with elevator. 7m2 terrace equipped with a table with 6 chairs and two deckchairs.
Located in the center of the port of Hyères near all shops, 200m from the beach. 5 minutes by car from the airport. 5 minutes from the Magic World amusement park. Plage de l'Almanarre world site for windsurfing and kitesurfing located 10 minutes by car. Departure for the islands of Hyères (Le Levant and Port-Cros) 2 minutes walk from the port. Departure for the island of Porquerolles 10 minutes by car or shuttle (Tour Fondue).
The Sunday market on the port is 50m away.

Idéalement…

… équipé (absolument rien ne manque dans la cuisine et pour l entretien du logement), meublé (le lit qui se rabat est très confortable) et situé ( boulangerie a 1 min , supérette parfaitement achalandée à 2 min tout comme restaurants, brasserie, snack…). Le propriétaire est aux petits soins et très disponible. Tout cela nous a permis de passer un super séjour au port de la Gavine!

Je recommande

Studio très propre et très bien situé avec vue sur le port. La terrasse est bien agréable. J'ai été très bien accueilli par de charmants propriétaires qui m'ont tout bien expliqué. Le studio est très bien équipé. Restaurants et boutiques à 2 minutes à pied. Vacances donc très agréables.
