Gorgeous 81m² penthouse, 130m² terraces, a home designed for maximum comfort

Nerja is the pearl of the Spanish sun coast, an authentic Andalusian town 50 km east of Malaga. The city is surrounded by the protective Almijara mountains which creates a microclimate along a 30 km long distance, also called the Costa Tropical. The temperature is about 2-3 degrees above average for the rest of the Costa del Sol and Nerja has the mildest winters in Europe, with an average temperature of about 18 degrees in January and February. Fruits such as orange, lemon, kiwi, mango and avocado are cultivated here.

This penthouse in San Juan de Capistrano with private roof terrace has magnificent panoramic views to the sea and the mountains, it is facing south and has sun all day. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen open to the lounge-dining room, 61 m² terrace facing south and a private roof terrace of 75 m². The penthouse has air conditioning, heating, internet, Cable TV (Canal +, Sky, etc.),roof top terrace with shower. The apartment complex has an elevator.

The community has gardens, 2 swimming pools & 24 hour security guards. Restaurants and bars, offices & supermarket are found nearby. Public bus service right outside the door.

Living room: The living room has a 47´ TV, sofa bed and exit to terraces.

Kitchen: The kitchen has cookware, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing maschine, toaster and coffee maker.

Bedrooms: The rooms have two single beds, linen are provided.

Bathrooms: The bathrooms have showers, towels are provided.

Exterior: The terrace has is equipped with a dining table and chairs, a private roof top terrace with shower, terrace sofa and sun loungers.

Swimming pools and gardens: The garden is around the pool area and there are two swimming pools.

Parking: Parking is on the street.

Why Richard Thorpö chose Axarquia (Costa del Sol)

When we went to San Juan de Capistrano and saw the New Construction with our Penthouse we just fell in love with everything. The breathtaking view, the magnificent contruction, all the nearby facilities, the gorgious pool and garden areas. We have now found a new vacation home where our family most certainly will spend many vacations and I am convinced that everyone who decides to rent our apartment surely will feel the same.

What makes this apartment unique

The unique feature of this apartment I would say is the very high standard in and around the apartment. The two terraces bathing in sun from sunrise to sunset. The breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea, the beautiful garden and pool right outside the house and an in-house service center that is available to our guests if needed both before and during their stay with us.

We were blown away by this fantastic Penthouse everything you need was at your fingertips property was spotless and views amazing watching the sunset on the top terrace amazing the apartment is so comfortable and lovely you just don't want to leave it there is a fantastic little restaurant just beside the pool called Sink or Swim I would recommend this to any one fantastic food great quality all in all we had a great time in San Jaun and this beautiful apartment made it for us really top marks

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Siedlung

Sehr schöne, geräumige und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung. Lage am Ortsrand sehr ruhig. Wanderungen in den angrenzenden Nationalpark sind direkt ab der Wohnung möglich. Die Terrassen mit den Aussichten in alle Richtungen sind ein Traum. Einziger Nachteil: Ende März waren dort in der Anlage einige Einrichtungen noch nicht geöffnet (Pool, Supermarkt), womit wir aber auch gerechnet haben.

In relativ kurzer Entfernung gibt es weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Nerja hat uns sehr gut gefallen, man hat dort wirklich alle Möglichkeiten und Einrichtungen, schöne Badebuchten und eine schöne Innenstadt direkt am Meer.

Exponierte Lage, super Aussicht, gute Ausstattung

Diese Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Management (Katarina) kümmert sich umgehend um alle Anmerkungen und sorgt sich um das Wohlbefinden der Mieter. Eine Elektrische Saftpresse hier im Land der Zitrusfrüchte wurde uns einen Tag nach Anfrage prompt geliefert. Sehr nett!!

Wir haben 18 Nächte gebucht und Ende Januar bis 11.2.17 nur zwei Regentage gehabt.

Es gab auch sehr windige Tage. Trotzdem konnten wir immer auf den Terrassen ein windgeschütztes Plätzchen finden.

Nerja ist sehenswert und es ist immer was los.

Malaga und Granada mit der Alhambra, die Alpujarra mit den "Weißen Dörfern"(Südseite der Sierra Nevada), die schneebedeckte Sierra Nevada sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen.

Und danach wieder in diese Wohlfühloase zurückkehren, das ist Urlaub!

Wir haben für 18 Tage rund 40 € Stromkosten bezahlen müssen. Abends ist es schon noch kühl gewesen, aber die Klimaanlage arbeitet gut.

Great Penthouse with fantastic views

This was our third stay in Nerja but the first in this Penthouse.

Nerja is a very nice place to be and has a wonderful atmosphere.

The Penthouse was great, had plenty of room and nice terraces, of which we used te roofterrace the most.

Fantastisk lejlighed med en udsigt "to die for".

Vi tilbragte en uge i denne fantastiske lejlighed. Udsigten fra begge terasser er "to die for". Alt var så rent og pænt. Området som lejligheden ligger i er stille og roligt. Nerja er en rigtig hyggelig by, med mange gode og hyggelige restauranter. Vi kommer gerne tilbage.

Mycket bra boende i Nerja!

Mycket fin lägenhet med bra standard. Lägenheten har allt man kan önska med en underbar takterrass och fint poolområde att tillgå. Vi återkommer igen nästa sommar!
