Rare newly remodeled corner unit, at The Village of Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn (formerly called the Liftside Studios) on the Maggie Pond with views of the Continental Divide and Mount Baldy. The condo has been completely upgraded and features a king bed and a queen sofa sleeper. The Ski in and Ski-out location is at the base of the Quicksilver lift on Peak Nine. The hot tubs and pool overlook the ski area. Check in at the front desk in the lobby of the Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn. Gorgeous Breathtaking Mountain Views. This Condo is a Corner Unit. It has more light than the Traditional Studios and is Very Quiet. This property comes with a ceiling fan and a new evaporative cooler to keep the condo cool in the summer. These units are very hot without it.

Be the first on the mountain with First Track's Friday. Access the mountain one hour before it opens to the general public on select mornings mid December through the end of March.

This location is in town, excellent dining, coffee shops, grocery store and entertainment are right out your door. Full kitchen, one full bath with linens. This corner unit is very quiet with warm mountain decor. Breckenridge is an old mining town with a Victorian flavor. It is a world class Four-Season resort. It is a great location for activities for children or adults. Summer Activities: in the summer there is a 27 hole Jack Nicklaus course golf course, Breckenridge's famous Music and Jazz festival. Fly Fisherman's dream. In the winter there is Nordic cross-country and downhill skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, wildlife viewing and shopping. Annual international Ice Sculpture Competition in January. This is located across the street from the condo complex. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Best way to arrive is by Shuttle, Shuttle Shuttle. Shuttle companies run frequently rain, snow or shine from DIA with free WiFi on board. Most companies will drop off guests right at the Village at Breckenridge. Relax and enjoy the scenery and let them do the driving!

Gorgeous Breathtaking Mountain Views. This Condo is a Corner Unit. It has more light than the Traditional Studios and is Very Quiet. Our family chose this location because of the multitude of opportunities that are nearby. In the winter there is downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, ice fishing, skating, and sleigh riding, and snowmobiling. In the summertime there is hiking, fishing, mountain biking, sailing, golfing, shopping, horseback riding, and gold mine tours.

We stayed there on Chrismas week, 2006. The snow was fabulous, the condo was nice, the location was at the absolute perfect location. It was about 50 yards to the lift, or about 100 yards to the main street with shops and night life.

All was great.

Clean, comfortable, and convienent!

My family of 4 (12 year old and 9 year old) were very comfortable in this space! We loved the great location and the helpful staff at the front desk for acquainting us with dining and hiking options. You can walk to the gondola, enjoy the shops, or splash in the river all from this great location. The beds were very comfy (even the sleeper sofa) and the condo is very efficient in its use of space. Love Colorado in the summer and love this location.

Very nice well kept condo. It’s close to Main Street with lots of shops and food. This condo was clean, comfortable, and very homey. It was perfect and we will definitely stay here again.

Clean, convenient, comfortable

As this is our third stay in 4205 it is rather like coming home. As usual we enjoyed the comfy bed, the sensible kitchen accoutrements, proximity to the slopes and the helpfulness of the staff. With luck and good health we will be back next year.

Car: not necessary

The Village at Breckenridge offers the best of both worlds being in a perfect location at the base of Peak 9 next to the Quicksilver lift and Maggie Pond (true ski in, ski out) and in historical downtown Breckenridge next to the restaurants and shops. Our condo is in the Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn building. The Village at Breckenridge is located in Summit County, Colorado's playground for summer and winter activities. The towns surrounding Breckenridge are Silverthorne, Lake Dillon, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail is a bit further.

These areas can be accessed by car or bus. Colorado is an awesome location for fishing, rafting, snow shoeing, fly fishing, skiing downhill or cross county, wildlife viewing, mountain climbing, snowboarding, hiking, bird viewing and much more.

Other Activities: Downhill skiing, concerts, and farmers market on site (seasonal), Gold mine tours 10 minutes away

If you would like to save some money, park in the overnight Ice Rink Lot $15/nt (.5miles) this is the closest lot to the Village at Breck or the Airport Lot $5/nt (2 miles) and take the free bus back to the Village after dropping off your luggage. See the Town of Breckenridge Overnight Parking website. Parking rates can change without notice. The closest day parking lot, is the "F" Lot. Damage Inspection performed after check out. Damage deposit refunded automatically 7 days after check out if no damage was reported.
