Comfortable apartment very well located because very close beach, shops and port

At Saint Martin de Ré, apartment type 2 (2 pieces) of 38 m2, for 1, 2 or 3 people, very neat contemporary design, situated in a very quiet area. It consists of a separate bedroom (with 1 bed for 2 people) and a living room with a kitchenette, a dining and living area (with sofa for 2 persons). The living room has a mezzanine on which there is a pull-out bed (there is a bed with, in addition, a drawer bed bringing the number of beds 2 on the mezzanine). The bathroom and toilet are separated.

Important! The bedroom is not on the mezzanine, but on the same level as the living room.

unlimited WIFI. TV TNT. Cot for BB and high chair for BB. Bicycle Rack in closed courtyard. Free parking on site.

Rental is weekly from Saturday to Saturday. It is of course possible to stay in the accommodation less than 7 days but, in this case, the entire week will have to be paid.

The apartment is particularly well located as close to both the shops, the beach, the harbor, the center of St. Martin and the bike path, all in a radius of between 300 and 500 meters. Therefore, we can not quite use his vehicle during the stay.
