In the heart of the wine village of Noyers-sur-Cher, this charming accommodation of 60 sqm completely renovated is located on the first floor of a freestone character house. Its authentic style, including cathedral ceiling with exposed beams gives it a comfortable & cozy feel while overlooking the 2000 sqm private garden.

This house is conveniently located near village shops, a few kilometers from award winning Beauval Zoo and close to the world famous and magnificent Loire Valley castles.

Accommodating up to 5 guests, the apartment with its own separate entrance offers all the comfort needed to make the most of your stay with friends or family.

The large master bedroom features a four poster bed as well as a single loft bed all benefiting from an en-suite bathroom. A sofa bed is also available in the living/dining while the fully equipped kitchen will allow you cook at will!

Fell free to also enjoy the barbecue, sun loungers in the large private garden.

Bed linen, towels are included as well as a DVD player, board games as and an iron kit. Baby equipment can be supplied on request: cot and bedding, high chair, bottle warmer...

Première Inoubliable

Première expérience en gite avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Forcément on se dirige vers le classique sur 2 jours, le zoo et un château. La météo s'est montrée très belle mais que dire du gîte. Tout d'abord la convivialité des propriétaires et même de Ponpon le chat, on est chez nous de suite et la gentillesse de ces gens fait plaisir à voir et à vivre. Tout est prévu et pensé pour vivre le meilleur séjour possible. Les extérieurs sont grands et plaisants (coin table, chaise longue, barbecue...) sachant que la proprio va encore faire évoluer les choses. Et l'intérieur magnifique, superbe décoré avec soin et l'envie de faire plaisir, tout est pensé et prévu encore une fois. Merci à Dominique, son mari et son fils pour ce très beau moment de vie et de partage. Inoubliable

Location parfaite

Un séjour très agréable dans un gîte très confortable, rénové et décoré avec goût, propre et très bien équipé. La propriété est très bien entretenue et calme et idéalement située pour une visite au zoo de Beauval. Sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux et sympathique de la propriétaire. J'y reviendrai volontiers lors d'un prochain séjour dans la région
