Two independent double rooms separated by a large dressing room. Bathroom with window, large shower and sink, separate toilet. Large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and four ceramic hobs. 6th floor with elevator (penultimate floor) and private parking in the residence.

Nice and old Nice to access by Cros de Cagnes station 2 minutes walk, many bus 2 minutes from the apartment and airport of Nice Côte d'Azur in 15 minutes by car and 30 minutes by bus.

Many amenities and leisure for a summer stay, cultural and near the natural park of Mercantour.

L appartement est très bien situé avec une magnifique vie de la baie. Il est tres spacieux avec toutes les faciltes necessaires .L accueil était chaleureux. Seul petit point négatif le mobilier ainsi que le décor très vieux jeu.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Man sieht direkt auf's Meer und ist in einer Minute am Strand. Geschäfte für den alltäglichen Einkauf sind wunderbar zu Fuß zu erreichen ebenso wie eine Vielzahl an Restaurants.

In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (Geschirr, Handtücher, etc), wie auch in der Anzeige genannt. Für vier Leute ist der Schnitt sehr gut geeignet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei, was natürlich sehr angenehm ist.

Einziger kleiner Markel war, dass die Wohnung doch recht staubig war, aber ansonsten sauber. Dafür gibt es einen Stern Abzug.
