Stay at the sea, overlooking the bay of Cagnes sur Mer to the bay of Antibes. Large three rooms 76 m2 air-conditioned with balcony 10m2. Grand marble floor living room with large dining table. Two independent double rooms separated by a large dressing room. Bathroom with window, large shower and sink, separate toilet. Large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and four ceramic hobs. 6th floor with elevator (penultimate floor) and private parking in the residence.

Nice and old Nice to access by Cros de Cagnes station 2 minutes walk, many bus 2 minutes from the apartment and airport of Nice Côte d'Azur in 15 minutes by car and 30 minutes by bus.

Many amenities and leisure for a summer stay, cultural and near the natural park of Mercantour.

Superbe location

Appartement tout à fait conforme à la description. La vue est l'atout principal mais l'appartement en lui même et son emplacement sont parfait. La literie dans la chambre a 2 lits est bonne. Le wifi fonctionne ttes bien. La place de parking est indispensable dans le Sud et très apprécié. Si je peux me permettre une remarque c'est de continuer à Le rénover par petites touches. Sortir la vaisselle superflue ainsi que la deco ancienne pour le rendre encore plus attractif. Il est évident que j'y reviendrais.

Superbe appartement fonctionnel, fidèle aux photos du site internet. Idéalement situé au Cros, proche de toutes les commodités. Balcon vue mer impeccable et appréciable.

Nous y retournerons en 2019.

Accueil très sympathique de Gislaine, dans un appartement idéalement situé avec vue imprenable sur la mer, à quelques minutes à pied des plages du Cros de Cagnes, des multiples restaurants du bord de mer et des commerces..On peut aisément se passer de la voiture qui a toutefois une place de parking assurée au pied de l’immeuble. Bus et gare du Cros de Cagnes sont disponibles en 5 minutes. Un agréable balcon, un équipement très complet y compris dans les petites fournitures font de cet appartement situé au 6ème étage le lieu rêvé pour des vacances idéales.

Je ne peux que le recommander chaudement.

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé, tout près du rivage de la Baie des Anges.

L'équipement est de très grande qualité et tout fonctionne très bien dans l'appartement. La proximité de nombreux commerces permet une vie facile et détendue. Très bon accueil de Ghyslaine au début et à la fin du séjour. Une location a recommander chaleureusement.

L appartement est très bien situé avec une magnifique vie de la baie. Il est tres spacieux avec toutes les faciltes necessaires .L accueil était chaleureux. Seul petit point négatif le mobilier ainsi que le décor très vieux jeu.
