Fabulous house, perfect city centre location

  • 5 of 5

The house was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our group of 11 ladies! The bedrooms were lovely and the kitchen and sitting room were large enough for us all to eat and spend time together as a group. The location of the house was perfect - extremely central, meaning we could walk to the restaurants, bars etc... and the 2 parking spaces were a bonus for such a central location. The owner of the house was extremely helpful too. Overall, I couldn't recommend this property highly enough.

An gorgeous property in an excellent location

  • 5 of 5

This property is amazing and exceeded all of my expectations. Every bedroom was decorated to a high specification and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The whole house is beautifully decorated inside and provides all of the home comforts too. One of the highlights for me was that you could view the York Minster from various rooms in the house. The property is in walking distance to most of Yorks attractions but is located on a really quite little side street so that you don't hear any noise from the town centre.

All in all, if you are looking for property that has that extra special something then this is the one for you!

Beautiful house and perfect location

  • 5 of 5

Our expectations were set high from the pictures online and the reality did not disappoint! The house is stunning and well equipped to cater for a large group.

The location is perfect - within walking distant of restaurants, bars and shops but situated in a quiet street of the main road so we all slept soundly.

The owners were also very helpful in responding to queries when we were organising our trip.

We had a wonderful stay here! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent luxury property

  • 5 of 5

A group of 14 of us stayed within this property for a weekend. It was absolutely superb, equipped with everything you could possibly need and want. The location was perfect, right in the centre of york which couldn't have been better for us. There was space for 2 cars with the property and permits for the road was purchased through the owners for the additional cars that were with our party. The owners of the property were more than helpful in the run up to our stay, and whilst at the property. I would definitely recommend.

Roxburghs in York

  • 5 of 5

We had a really lovely stay in York for the family wedding at Grey's Court. The property in St Saviourgate fitted our needs beautifully. It was spacious, beautifully appointed, very well equipped and so convenient for a walk round the walls in the morning, and then a short walk away from the wedding venue. We would certainly book the property again and have no hesitation in recommending it to friends in the future.
