About this property

Contemporary one bedroom apartment overlooking the beautiful intracoastal waterway. The roughly 1,000 square foot unit has a master bedroom and large master bathroom with washer/dryer, a kitchenette, dining and living area with a balcony overlooking a swimming pool off the master bedroom. Guests will access the apartment via an elevator within a secure garage. Sunsets are magnificent from the dock and balcony. Enjoy fishing and crabbing from the dock, or just enjoy watching the yachts and sailboats in the river. Pls note: Pool is closed between NOV 1st and mid/APR each year.

Clean and perfect

This was an incredible VRBO, the best we have ever used The home is clean, beautifully decorated and in a serene, beautiful area. Looks out over Charleston waters and has every thing you could ask for. The owners were graceful and an absolute pleasure to talk to .

Awesome hosts

This is such a beautiful property! My daughter got married here in the backyard by the water. Just a little family ceremony. The hosts were so accommodating and hospitable. They went completely over and above our exceptions! I would highly recommend this property.

Comfortable AND beautiful

We rarely return to the same lodging during our travels but this is an exception. Wonderful space and the view of the river and oak trees is spectacular. Owners are friendly and helpful. The apartment is well stocked, clean, and comfortable.

The guest house is architecturally designed and located in a quiet neighborhood and in close proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Enjoy breath-taking views of sunsets over the Stono River while watching the yachts and sailboats navigate in the intracoastal waterway. Relax by the private pool or under the beautiful live oaks. The property consists of a main house with the attached guest house, both share a driveway. Only one guest is accommodated for any given booking.
