This lovely holiday home in Plouer sur Rance has been completely renovated and decorated in 2016.
4km from the village of Plouër sur Rance, La Channais is a charming hamlet in the heart of nature and a few steps from the Rance, the old house has the advantage of staying cool in hot weather in summer and warms very well in winter with the wood stove, plus the radiators. It is the perfect place to rest away from the crowds.
On the ground floor, the living room is decorated with charming objects, furnished with a nice sofa, comfortable chairs and a wood stove ensuring cozy evenings with family or friends in the summer as the winter. The lovely kitchen opens onto a beautiful garden with a private courtyard for you. It is equipped with a large oven, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher. We offer you a tube of nespresso capsules for the machine. In a small room, you will find the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, the master bedroom with its bathroom offers a magnificent view of the garden and paddocks stables of Péhou. A large bed of 160 x 200cm and beautiful antique furniture make this room a comfortable place.
The landing leads to a second bedroom with twin beds of 100 x 200 cm also furnished with beautiful antique furniture and a large shower room. The third bedroom can also be used as office or dressing.
The Rance runs in a beautiful valley offering many walks, for hikers, on foot, by bike or by car. From the house you can walk down to La Moinerie at the edge of the water in less than 10 minutes.
Channais is located on the renowned circuit of Bois Rochel (11km).
The most beautiful beaches of northern Brittany, Dinard, St Lunaire, St Enogat, Lancieux are also less than half an hour from this house.
The famous and charming medieval town of Dinan is exceptional in France and is just 8 km away. You must visit Le Mont Saint Michel and it is possible to go for a walk in the bay for more sports. The corsair town of Saint Malo is 25 kms by the expressway and there are many nice shops. The seaside resort of Dinard and its magnificent villas of the 19th century is to see. The coastal path runs along the Rance and on the coast and the views are extraordinary.
