You will be close to the restaurants and shops of the city.

Located on the 1st floor, the apartment has an entrance, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and toilet, two sleeping areas and a separate toilet .

The cozy living room has wooden floors.
You will find in this room a sofa bed for 2 people, a coffee table, a TV stand, a flat screen TV, a table, six chairs, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
You will be able to profit at leisure of the Wifi in unlimited.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and utensils, etc.)

The first sleeping area has a double bed (140x200), 2 bedside tables with lamps and a chest of drawers.

The second sleeping area includes 2 single beds (90 * 190) that can be pushed together for couples, a bedside table with lamp and a dresser.

Each bed is equipped with a sheet, a pillow per person and a duvet.

The bathroom includes a piece of furniture with basin, a mirror, a bathtub and a toilet.

The bed linen and towels are optional with supplement:

Zentral und urig

Die Wohnung ist in einem Fachwerkhaus im Zentrum von Colmar gelegen. Sie erstreckt sich über zwei Stockwerke. Im unteren befinden sich der Wohn-Essbereich, eine Küche und einen Toilette (ohne Waschbecken). Im oberen sind dann zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad untergebracht. Es ist schon ein Erlebnis, in einem alten Fachwerkhaus zu wohnen.

Commodites

Pas adapté aux personnes avec des difficultés. Prévoir une seconde rampe out accéder aux chambres et à la salle de bains. Prévoir plutôt une douche, baignoire trop haute. Parfait le parking. Trop tôt 9 h pour rendre les clefs. 10 h ou 11 h serait plus judicieux comme dans les hôtels où autres gîtes. Super pour les lits faits et le linge de toilette

Ideaal gelegen

Het verblijf was prima. Het zo als in het mooie centrum van Colmar. Genoeg mogelijkheden om te eten en drinken en de wandelen door de oude stad. Het is een voor de streek typisch appartement. Dat betekent dat als je lang bent (+190) het bij douchen bijvoorbeeld aanpassen is (Douche is overigens top). Het is schoon en netjes. Alles aanwezig voor aantal dagen verblijf. De TV geeft alleen Frans talige zenders en het internet stopte na dag 3 en was daarna niet meer bruikbaar. Volgens de eigenaar een regionaal probleem (router werkt met SIM kaart). Ons verblijf was, kort samengevat, prima.
