Welcome to Sunset Palms! Situated only four miles from Disney and the other major theme parks. Just off the popular Highway 192 and all its restaurants and activities.

Our newly renovated (2014) pool is south facing and has sunshine from morning until sunset. It is backing onto a pond and beautiful conservation lands - very private and a great sense of being away from it all.

The house is decorated in quality furnishings. We stay at the house a couple of months every year ourselves and try to keep it maintained as if it were our first home.

A King and two Queen-sized beds in three of the bedrooms. Two twin beds in the kids room. Additional fold-out beds for two children. Free use of crib for a baby.

Oversized jet tub in the master en suite. Access to the pool area via the main living room and the master bedroom.

Sunset Lakes is an exclusive Gated Community. Community features include swimming pool, kids playground, and fishing docks off the larger lakes (quality bass and other fish).

Internet Access: Both WIFI and Wired internet access included at the house.

Free calls to anywhere in the US.

Travelling with kids?: We have a crib, playpen, highchair, stroller, booster seat and toys for kids staying at the home. Playstation II for older children. Basketball game in the games room/garage.

We purchased this villa to help create wonderful memories for our three boys and provide respite from the Canadian winters! It has done that and so much more - we are truly blessed.

So many houses in the area look onto each other and offer zero privacy. This gorgeous villa, not only offers considerably more privacy, but the conservation views are so unique for the area, it was the perfect choice for our family.

What makes this villa unique

So close to the parks and husle and busle of Hwy 192, yet beautiful tranquility at the same time - our unique conservation lands to the back of the property, including small natural pond, provide the very best of both worlds.

We hope you like the house as much as we do. We stay at the property ourselves a couple of months during the year and as such try to keep the standards high. Many houses look the same, but the quality of the furnishings and bedding can make you feel at home - we throw out the beddings and replace EVERY YEAR.

You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

This home is incredible! Spotless with all of the amenities of a luxury hotel. Just close enough to all of the attractions but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Was great to relax by the pool after a long day of theme parks. Can't wait to go back! The owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful property in an excellent location

We had a wonderful stay at this immaculate property. The villa is well appointed, immaculate, and in a quiet gated community. We loved the serene setting with the pool and lake in the rear. Nearby restaurants and groceries were easily accessible by car. We did not go to Disney, however the villa is located a very short car ride to the Disney parks. We will definitely be back. Thank you Andrew and Stephanie for your lovely home.

Loved watching the pond and all the wild birds. Was plenty of room.

Not use to pool door security so was a little annoying..we had plenty of dishes. No dish soap.toilet paper (just what was left from previous renters).could of used pizza pan and a measuring cup. wash machine blow circuit breaker..was clean ! And close to park. We bought xtra soap since motel bars went fast.We did have ants in kitchen but was quickly sprayed for. House is very close to park and easy access..

Great base for the 192 and parks. Lovely and spacious. Everything you could need.

We found the villa easily using sat nav, lovely location on a very nice gated estate of similar properties. Very comfortable. Lovely view to rear. The only downside was the frequent use of power tools by the maintenance staff such as jet washing neighbouring pools, strimming, cutting grass and chopping trees. Not great when you only have one or two rest days. Personally I think these maintenance tasks should be done late in the day when most people have had their enjoyment of the pool area and are showering etc for the evening. Also frequently answered the phone to sales calls.

They typically work in the day time on the assumption that many families are out at the parks or busy with other activities. Clearly not always the case, but that's their logic. We are very close to the popular Hwy192 where there is an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops.
