A fabulous Holiday Home in Majorca.

Recently restored and completely transformed. I personally carried out the work, taking great care of the design and choice of materials, using only water-based paints, eco-friendly products and recycled materials in order to eliminate any health or environmental risks and guarantee the wellbeing of guests. My main goal while decorating the house was to allow my guests experience the real Majorcan lifestyle.

The house sleeps up to five people. It’s ideal for four, but if required, it is possible to sleep one extra person on the sofa-bed in the living room.

The layout is as follows:

- Open plan living/dining room

- Brand new fully-equipped kitchen

- Two double bedrooms, one with twin beds that can be converted into a double bed

- Two fully-equipped bathrooms, one is an ensuite

- Private rear courtyard, ideal for enjoying outdoor breakfast, lunch or dinner

- Comfortable chill out terrace and solarium, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing in the city

A/C and Heating system in all areas of the house. Free 24-hour Wi-Fi connection. Bed linen, bath and beach towels without extra cost. Maps, guides and loads of tips about the island of Majorca.

Smooth and easy check-in, welcoming face-to-face meeting for both key collection and return. Ongoing communication and quick response. Help and advice available at all times.

Apart from the total budget, a Cleaning fee plus Damage Deposit will be charge on cash at Arrival day, the Deposit will be refunded at Departure day.

• This house is let on a seasonal lease basis. No holiday services are provided such as reception, maid service or breakfast. A rental agreement must be signed in accordance with the legislation currently in effect in the Balearic Islands.

IMPORTANT: From the 1º of July 2016 the Balearic Islands Authorities begins to collect the Ecotasa ( Tourist Tax ). Children under 16 years are exempt. Each tourist establishments are required to collect this Tax, it has to be paid in cash at arrival day.

What makes this house unique

The house is located in the district of El Terreno, bounded by the sea and Bellver Forest. At just two hundred meters from Paseo Marítimo, the Sea Promenade. The gentle sea breeze and spectacular views make this area perfect for walking or cycling.

It boasts a spectacular setting, with Bellver Castle in the background, as well as the Cathedral, fishing harbor and Palma Yacht Club. Just at hundred meters from the house there is a wonderful tropical park and a good playground for the children.

In a district with all the facilities, a bakery, chemist’s, supermarkets, a selection of grocery stores as well a wide range of bars. It stands on a quiet street within easy reach of the sea, the historic quarter and the city of Palma shopping mall, Porto Pi.

The house is well-communicated with bus lines, the system is both fast and efficient, although cycling and walking are also easy alternatives.Visitors will not need a car, unless they wish to tour the island. Parking is available either in the street or in the underground car park (charges apply).

5' walk to Paseo Marítimo (Av. Gabriel Roca) main street in Palma full of Bars, Restaurants and Night Clubs. If you are planing to enjoy Palma night life, Pacha, Tito's and Garito Cafe are just at walking distance.

Correspond parfaitement à l'annonce

Notre avion avait 2 heures de retard, nous sommes donc arrivés tard le soir, Analia nous a accueilli avec le sourire et avec beaucoup de disponibilité. On dort merveilleusement bien car la literie est excellente et l'endroit est très calme. La climatisation est facile à régler.

La maison est très jolie et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. L'électroménager est d'excellente qualité. Elle se trouve à proximité des grands axes routiers, ce qui permet de visiter l'île facilement. Très près du port, il est fort agréable d'aller en centre-ville à pied.

Le patio ombragé est très agréable. On se sent comme chez soi. Pas de vis à vis direct.

Analia mets à notre disposition un classeur, pleins de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses de restaurant, un gain de temps précieux.

Lovely townhouse

We enjoyed our stay in Palma Very much. Analia has been a perfect hostess Very helpful and Kind in all ways.The house was lovely, stlylish and clean. The Terrace on the secondfloor was great in the evenings Great lockation. Bus 3 on the next street takes you in one direction to Palma snd the other direction leads

you to the beach. I highly recommend this townhouse.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie petite maison , bien décorée et bien équipée. Analia nous a donné de très bons conseils à l'arrivée qui ont facilité notre séjour. La maison est parfaitement conforme au descriptif et aux photos.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse au mois d'avril. Si vous êtes de bons marcheurs, il est tout à fait possible de se rendre à pied dans le centre historique à partir de la maison mais si vous avez une voiture, les grands axes sont proches pour visiter l'Ile.

Nous recommanderions cette location sans réserves.
