We are an Anglo-Norwegian couple with many years experience of renting self-catering accommodation, both as owners in the UK and as agents for holiday homes abroad. Our daughter lives and works in Cheltenham so we often use the apartment ourselves.

Our apartment is a 'home away from home' offering modern standards in an elegant old building, just a few minutes away from all the attractions and amenities of central Cheltenham.

The apartment is an area of elegant Georgian villas, just moments away from the town centre yet in very peaceful surroundings. The proximity of numerous offices and in particular Cheltenham Ladies College make it ideal for a very wide variety of guests.

High standard apartment in quiet location, but minutes walk from promenade, shops etc.
The flat is exceptionally clean and well equipped; the decor tastefully modern. It has a light, airy feel, despite being in an elegant Georgian building. The beds are supremely comfortable and the only thing that challenged a good night’s sleep were the seagulls! Arrival and departure times are negotiable with the owner, which was helpful as my cousin and I were travelling by train from different directions. The location was ideal for us, just a short walk to the bus station, shops, restaurants, parks and other places of interest. I rated it 4 stars out of 5 for the following reasons: the keypad to access the building is missing numbers and letters; the information folder for the flat was hidden away and only came to light when the owner asked us to find something that needed collecting; the amount of towels supplied were insufficient for the week, although admittedly we were able to use the washing machine to resolve this, and finally, a few food staples, even a pint of milk in the fridge would have been welcome after our journeys. However, apart from these few gripes, we very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment for its proximity to the Cotswolds, as well as enjoying the delights of Cheltenham.

Spent a week at the apartment for the Cheltenham Literature Festival. We couldn't have picked a better apartment for location, 5 min walk to the festival, 5 min walk into the shopping/eating areas of Cheltenham and a 9 min walk to the new Cineworld IMAX cinema. As for the apartment, it was superb. Immaculate, comfortable and well stocked. The place had a feel of a real home not just a place for 'renters'. Loved the high ceilings and windows.
Some pretty little Cotswold villages are only a short 20/25 min drive away.
Should you decide on this property you will not be disappointed!
Impressive luxurious apartment walking distance
Thank you so much for letting us stay at your apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at your apartment. We loved the location and was perfectly situated to getting into town by foot or by car. The pictures do not do justice to your apartment. My daughter loved it and was the perfect place to feel like it was home but yet luxurious at the same time while enjoying Cheltenam.
We hope we left everything on our departure as you expected if not more.
If we return to Cheltenham again we hope to stay there again.
Located close to the centre of this beautiful spa town with its many parks and elegant buildings. In a quiet spot with wide, tree-lined streets, yet just a few minutes walk from the central shopping area and fashionable Montpellier with its many bars and restaurants. The boutique 'Hotel Du Vin' is across the road and the main entrance to Cheltenham Ladies College is just 100m away. Ideal location for families visiting students, business stays and as a base for exploring the Cotswolds.

Standard price is for up to two people. Extra adults are charged £15 per night, £80 per week. Extra child £10/nt, £50/wk. Discounts available for stays of three weeks or longer. Festival period rates on request. All other apartments in the building have permanent residents. Their right to peace and quiet must be respected at all times.
