House with 4 bedrooms and a study, two large bathrooms and toilet

Its access is 1 km from San Carlos by road is Figueral detour to the right

The house is located near the town of San Carlos, a small town with all amenities and restaurants 'Can Anita', landmark of the island, with some animation. Every Saturday the Las Dalias hippy market takes place

It is a farm of 20 000 m2 with large trees, olive trees and carob trees, each summer the land is tilled to remove bad hyenas, looking an aspect of the farm cleaning and visual aesthetics.

The house was built between olive trees in 2000, it consists of two volumes connected by a large veranda. In the main volumenl, ground floor common areas, kitchen, dining room, living room and first floor is the master bedroom, a double bedroom with a large bathroom and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea are located. In the secondary volume, called a flag, the program is developed on the ground floor, two double bedrooms each with a special bath room and a study of 30 m2.

Around the house there are large terraces with careful lighting to enjoy the nights of the summer months.

Recent construction and decoration.

The house has updated facilities, both for electricity, water and heating.

The house has a very appropriate northeast exposure, for the summer months, with a natural cross ventilation, do not use air conditioning or in the hottest months being necessary, however the rooms have ceiling fans.

The pool area is very sunny and related house, surrounded by trees and arranged a pergola with a shadow sifted m, the pool has a water depth of 48 m2 (4 x12)

Access to the property is 1 km from San Carlos by road is Figueral, a small town with all amenities (pharmacy, doctor, supermarket, shops ...) and restaurants as 'Can Anita' landmark of the island, with some animation. Every Saturday the Las Dalias hippy market takes place.

Santa Eulalia del Rio, 6 km is a larger population, where the supply of services is higher and Ibiza this is 18 Km.

Next to the house within 4 km there are numerous beaches with excellent bathrooms, such as Es Figueral, White Water, Cala Nova, Cala Lena ......

The range of activities is varied, own sea, especially the bathrooms as well as sailing, fishing, diving (Santa Eulalia) ..... kayaking, biking, horseback.

In the area there is a wide range of restaurants and beach bars
