House ideally located on the road to Agay bay (5 minutes by car), on the edge of the Valescure golf course, 50 meters from the Estérel mountains and a small river. House suitable for families with children (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) with self-supporting swimming pool, 1,250 m2 fenced garden, arbor, barbecue, garden furniture. Ground floor: large living room with open kitchen (dishwasher), internet connection but no television, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub.
The house is rented regularly for seasonal rental with a minimum of one week except in high season, fifteen days minimum.

Simple comme à la maison

L'ensemble est très bien, les pieces de la maison sont très bien adaptées à une famille de 10 personnes. manque peut être des verres et couverts supplémentaires, mais bon...ca chipotte Le jardin tres agréable et les nombreuses infrastructures permettent de satisfaire tout le monde. (piscine, but, trampoline, appareil de muscu, table de tennis de table...) A l'intérieur un piano c'est toujours agréable à voir et à entendre. Pas de Tv et c'est très bien ainsi, place aux conversations. A moins de 10 minutes de la mer et du massif de l'estérel (un enchantement) vous trouverez comme nous sur votre chemin, biche et sangliers. je recommande cette maison dont le propriétaire est très agréable et disponible. C'est simple, comme à la maison

Idéal pour familles

Idéal pour les familles. Nous étions 11 et ne nous sommes jamais senti a l'étroit. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le jardin spacieux équipé de la piscine et du trampoline. Hôte sympathique et à l'écoute. Je recommande.

Semaine très agréable !

Nous avons passé une semaine à 8 dans la maison d’Yves. La maison était spacieuse et bien équipée. Yves était très réactif, à l’écoute et sympathique. La maison se trouve proche de toute commodités et on y trouve de nombreux loisirs sur place. Au plaisir d’y retourner !

Accueil sympathique Attentions subtiles fruits frais rosé au frigo et melon. Draps et serviettes a disposition. Location confortable On se sent chez soi. Tout est sécurisé et pensé pour les enfants. A recommander sans restriction. Séjour idéal.
