Beautiful place and great friendly owners

Fantastic place visited this week with my partner and three children age range 12 years to 6 months , the chalet has everything you could think of and is very well kept , the pool area is amazing with great sun loungers a great outdoor eating area and an outdoor toilet and shower which was very handy when your wet.

There is plenty of local bars and places to eat at just a short walk and our favourite place to take the children was a little Spanish bar called caravana with a play Park for the kids (in between the two round abouts) the owner was so friendly and great with the children but the chalet is very near to the busling Benidorm if you wanted to visit but so nice to get back to the chalet and the peace and tranquillity. Albert the owner and his wife were amazing and so friendly they couldn't do enough to help you at your request but gave you so much privacy using the chalet and pool area - deffinatly will be back and can't wait !!

A great property

Owner was very kind and welcoming. Property was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Close proximity to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Would certainly recommend and would stay here again if visiting this area. Quiet and very relaxing.

Owner very kind however accomodation is under built poor condition

The house was beautiful however very humid and wet. The accommodation is actually his garage basement transformed into a small apartment which is well equipped but not well isolated and it felt dark with tiny windows and very humid.

Owner's Response: Es increible y muy lamentable que, con qué facilidad se pueden hacen comentarios maliciosos sin ningún fundamento, en éste caso totalmente inventado, solo para sembrar pánico en foros como éste. Perdonad, pero la mayoria del comentario de Elena a mi me suena a ciencia ficción. Ella habla que la base del apartamento era un garage del sótano. Totalmente inventado por que el apartamento está al nivel del suelo de la parcela con ventanales grandes aislados por dos cámaras de aire y tres cristales. Habla de falta de aislamento; otra invención de la Sra. Elena por que éste apartado lo hemos cuidado especialmente cuando se construyó el apartamento. El suelo, entre las cimentaciones ,tiene primero una capa de hormigón de limpieza de 10 cm de grueso armado con hierro, después una capa de goma para la construcción elástica llamada butilo vulcanizando las juntas, después planchas de purietileno compacto de 3 cm de espesor con cantos solapados, después una lona de plástico y encima otra capa de hormigón de 15 cm de espesor y encima un gres de alta calidad. Las paredes son dobles con cámara de aire de 10 cm rellenas de planchas de purietileno para su aislamento. Todo el material de aislamento se ha llevado hasta una altura de 90 cm a las paredes. Que alquien me explique como puede haber humedad en este apartamento. Ni huele ni hay mandchas de humedad en todo el apartamento. Es muy facil de medir la humedad a traves de un hydrómetro que desmiente totalmente esta acusación , por que cuando hago la medición, siempre indica el porcentaje de humedad muy inferior al del ambiente exterior. Demostrable en cualquier momento a cualquier persona. Menciona también ventanas minúsculos y oscuridad al interior que es otra invención de la Sra. Elena por que en las fotos del apartamento se ve perfectamente que está equipado con grandes ventanales de doble hoja y una carpintería de aluminio forrado de PVC importada de alemania. No me explico el por qué de éste comentario tan negativo que puede causar mucho perjuicio y daño a una actividad bien concebida, respetada y bien calificada por todos los demás comentarios existentes. Imvito a todos los lectores de leer cuidadosamente todos. Y concluyo, que me parece que éste comentario es más bién propio de una persona que sufre la enfermedad de mitomanía, (cuando la mentira se convierte en enfermedad por un trastorno emocional) que de la Sra. Elena.

Nice place and fantastic good host.

We had a wonderful stay with Albert in Alicante. We stayed there for one week, and everything was lovely. The place to sleep was nice. The area was nice and quite. The surroundings outside, the pool and the jacuzzi. It was such a nice place to stay. Furthermore, Albert is the best host that you can dream of. He wants to help you with everything. You can ask him anything - and he will help you as good as he can. It was so nice to stay here - and we even think on going back someday because of the fantastic service and the fantastic apartment.

I can and will recommend Albert's place to all people who are going to the Alicante-area.

truely Magical

This is a brilliant place. Close to all the amenities yet very exclusive and private. The pool and Jaccuzy is great and the family is wonderfully great who goes over and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Will definitely recommend it.

The property is located at the foot of Mount 'Puch Campana' 1450 m above sea level within 5 km of the beach with its green slopes mainly by Mediterranean pine trees. In around Mount Chortá extend and closes Bernia with something less high, but form a chain of weather protection that provide an extraordinary unique microclimate in Europe. Statistical throws a year more than 300 days of sunshine. From our property it is only 20 minutes drive to the high mountain as if in the Alps. There are medieval castles and Christian Arab origin, reservoirs with turquoise water and ecological walks boat, powered by solar panels. The sea gets in summer to 28 degrees C and the beaches are awarded as the cleanest and ecological Spain. The surrounding towns offer a huge beauty with typical cuisine of the region. There vintners and wine cellars that offer extraordinary enoescapadas tourist. Near our property are theme parks, zoos aquaticos and of great beauty. In the 'Benidorm Palace' offer affordable prices for international and flamenco a premium including dinner shows. Benidorm day offers apart from shopping a fabulous gazebo where you exchange your two beautiful beaches and a marina where you can start a tour by boat with Submerged to the island of Benidorm mira (20 min.) And the Tabarca Island ( 90 min.) There is also a nautical facility Skiing, Aquatic motorcycles, aquático parasailing and snorkeling excursions to a arecife much marine life. Five min. our property is a heliport where performed scenic flights by helicopter. Benidorm at night offers a very active nightlife until dawn, discos, pub's, bars, wine bars restaurants, show's of all kinds. There are two areas: foreign tourists and other Spanish tourists. In the old town area is the famous 'tapas' gastronomic culture in Spain. The town of Altea which is less than 15 minutes by car offers visitors attractive white village and its old town, around the church is fixed abode of many painters, writers, sculptors and other bohemian artists who settled between the years 1950-1960. The fishing village 'Calpe' is 10 km of Altea with its 'Ifach' icon 'Costa Blanca' emerging from the same sea. There the fish and sea fruits delicious eating. Port At the fish market you can witness the fish auction of fishing vessels from a gallery. There is also a retail outlet to buy fish caught fish of the day.
