All located in the first edge of the beach, with exceptional views of the output port of Granville, 400 meters from the port and the city center. Direct access to the beach.

ACCESS:

The apartment has 2 access:

One by Saint Gaud: in this case is 20 steps down to reach level - 1, where is located the apartment,

The other by the dock floor: in this case a first (3 steps) to access

Inside the hall, then another 5 step staircase inside.

PARKING:

There is no private parking. Free seats are generally available (except festive event in town) less than 50 meters, rue Saint Gaud or on a small parking lot near.

Otherwise, within 100 meters, a giant car park - gratuit- available.

Vehicle safety "standards" is very satisfactory.

DISCHARGE CASES:

If necessary, the Quai floor access is allowed to the cars of the time operations. Y park more than necessary is forbidden (other gene very few users) ...

Great location!

Very nice, clean and spacious. Well equipped. Fantastic view across the beach to the port/marina! Extremely convenient for the town.

Granville is quite a big town with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The "Haute Ville" is very pretty and a walk around the streets and "Sentier Littoral" is a must. Also there is lots of free parking nearby.

Appartement tout confort. Fidèle aux photos. Des équipements modernes. Parfait pour visiter la ville et sa région et profiter de la plage.

Vacances agréables à Granville

Dans un appartement très bien équipé, propre, placé correctement pour différentes sorties (port de plaisance, départ des navettes pour Chausey, route traversante pour aller au nord ou au sud...), une bonne semaine en Normandie.

Séjour très agréable, riche de découvertes

La situation de l'appartement nous a ravies. Nous ne nous sommes pas lassées d'admirer la mer toute proche et les intempéries n'ont en rien gâché notre plaisir. Grandville est une petite ville vivante, riche d'un passé intéressant. Nous l'avons parcourue et n'avons pas tout vu.

Nous avons apprécié dans l'environnement proche, la route de la baie du Mont St Michel, la vallée du Lude, le sentier du littoral, le musée des manuscrits du Mt St Michel à Avranches. Nous aimerons y revenir.

Vue sur une petite grève, appartement parfait pour un couple

Appartement soigné, bien entretenu, silencieux, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Point négatif, il n ' y a pas de volet et cela peut, peut-être, poser un problème lorsqu'il fait chaud car il ne sera pas possible d aérer en cas d absence ou la nuit
