Beautiful 5 bedrooms villa located in Mijas with outstanding views over the Mediterranean coast. The house has the possibility of a sixth double bedroom with bath en-suite for an extra cost (contact us).

This charming villa is perched on the hillside with fantastic birdseye views of the coastline and the impressive backdrop of the mountains.

The Villa is full of character, beautifully furnished, with arches, covered seating areas, beautiful bedrooms and a stunning pool area.

With access all around the property there are numerous terraces and sunny areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The property is located between the coastal resort of Fuengirola and the picturesque mountain village of Mijas. This area is so tranquil yet only a short drive from restaurants, entertainment and commercial areas.

Séjour enchanteur

La propriété est vraiment bien située à mi-chemin entre Marbella et Malaga. La vue est splendide, la Méditerranée au loin et les montagnes à l'arrière. Ce fut facile de correspondre avec Alain et Alicia nous a accueillis avec gentillesse et des réponses à nos questions. La propreté laisse un peu à désirer surtout dans la cuisine. La chauffage fonctionne bien. Les chambres sont grandes et les lits confortables. Les nombreuses terrasses permettent de s'isoler lorsqu'on veut un peu de tranquillité surtout que nous étions un groupe de 9 personnes. En règle générale, ce fut un séjour très agréable. On a apprécié aussi la proximité d'une épicerie (Lidl).

Un super séjour d'autant que le temps était au rendez-vous. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques. Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui comporte tout le nécessaire pour passer de très agréables vacances.

Casa con vistas IMPRESIONANTES

Al llegar, lo que te impacta son las vistas de esta casa, 360°. Vistas al mar, vistas a la montaña. Disfrutas de una total tranquilidad, ya que se encuentra en un callejón sin salida. Está cerca de las tiendas y de los restaurantes, a + - 5 minutos en coche. El coche es esencial. La casa es muy acogedora, decorada al estilo Inglés, tipo cottage, te sientes como en casa. En las Costal del Sol, en invierno puede ser muy frío, húmedo y crudo, aquí no fue un problema, la casa está equipada con calefacción central y con una chimenea maravillosa que utilizamos cada día. Los días soleados pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, ya que está el agua caliente, fue maravilloso! Nos quedamos más que satisfechos. Fue una gran experiencia este invierno en la Costa del Sol. El pueblo de Mijas tiene un encanto partiuclar, es el tipico pueblo andaluz, con sus casitas blancas y sus famosos burros . Los propietarios son muy amables y simpaticos. Volveremos!!!!! Gracias.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. Nous étions 3 couples avec des 5 enfants et nous étions très à l'aise. La villa est magnifique et se situe dans un endroit à l'écart et avec une vue imprenable sur la ville de Fuengirola.

Attention quand même si vous avez des enfants en bas âge car la villa ainsi que le terrain dispose de beaucoup d'escaliers ce qui demande une attention accrue de la part des parents.

Sinon les gérant sont très sympa et disponible si besoin.

Nous recommandons vivement.

Wunderschönes Haus für Familienferien

Wir (3 Familien mit Kindern) verbrachten 9 Nächte in diesem sehr schönen, gepflegten und ruhig gelegenen Haus. Das Haus befindet sich ca. 10 Minuten ausserhalb von Fuengirola Richtung Mijas Pueblo. Eine perfekte Lage für Familien, welche abseits des Massentourismus ihre Ferien geniessen wollen. Die beiden Städte Malaga und Marbella sind je 25 Autominuten entfernt, und einfach zu erreichen.

Das Haus bietet alles,, was da Herz begehrt. Moderne und gute Einrichtung. Wunderschöner Garten mit Pool (wo sich unsere Kids stundenlang austobten), und verschiedenen Terassen mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die äusserst private und ruhige Atmosphäre mit excellentem Ausblick auf das Meer haben wir täglich genossen.

Die Eigentümer Alain und Alicia sind sehr freundliche und umgängliche Personen. Allfällige Anliegen werden umgehend aufgenommen, und wenn möglich schnell gelöst.

Wir können dieses Haus wirklich nur weiterempfehlen, und würden sofort wieder dort buchen.

Interesting Facts of Mijas

Mijas is located in the western Costa del Sol region. The locality is some 430 metres above sea level and is 25 kilometres from Malaga airport and 8 from neighbouring Fuengirola and its beaches.

The municipality of Mijas takes in all that country between the mountain range and the sea. The ravines, peaks and more or less gentle hills still have part of their indigenous vegetation.

Nevertheless, the rugged nature of the landscape and a certain respect for the surroundings have kept golf courses, brick and cement from hiding the natural beauty of this municipality, where the mountains and the village itself continue to be the main points of reference.

This municipality has three centres of population. They are Mijas Pueblo, Las Lagunas and Cala de Mijas. The first of these is a classic whitewashed Andalusian village of Moorish origin that contains the monuments and the administrative centre. Most of the municipal services and part of the building developments are in Las Lagunas while Cala de Mijas, squarely within the coastal zone, is completely given over to residential and beach tourism.
