Finca Granada de Dalt is a beautiful country house, which is located 2km from the village Es Migjorn and about 7km from the well-known holiday resort Santo Tomás. It is agriculturally used with a total property of 150.000 m2. The property is divided into Finca Granada de Baix and Finca Granada de Dalt.In order to arrive at Finca Granada de Dalt, you have to drive past Finca Granada de Baix, open a wooden gate and over a steep way you reach Finca Granada de Dalt. From here you enjoy a beautiful view overlooking the Minorcan landscape with the mountain Monte Toro in the background. Over a lateral outside staircase you arrive at the terrace and the main entrance of the house with view of the pool and the sun deck.

The house is divided as follows:

Kitchen: on the left hand side of the entrance you will find the spacious, well equipped kitchen.

Living-dining room: the central room of the house, with Satelite TV and large dining table with view on the outside terrace and Minorcan landscape.

Bedroom: from the living room you will get to the bedrooms. The house has 3 bedrooms with one double bed each, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a bedroom with a single bed. Altogether this house offers place for 11 people.

Bathrooms: The Finca has 3 bathrooms, all equipped with shower. There´s always one bathroom situated between 2 bedrooms.

Pool: The large pool, with a size of approx. 30m2, is situated at the back of the house and can be reached over a small path.

The interior of the country house is rustic, with some antique pieces from the last century. It is a typically Minorcan country house, ideal for the guests who look for tranquillity without being far away from the village Es Migjorn (2km) and the well-known beaches of Santo Tomás and Binigaus (7km).

The farmhouse, occupied by the farmer, is situated separately next to the country house.

Beautiful house in a rural location

The perfect location for people wanting to explore the island and spend time at the villa at night enjoying the facilities. Not ideal for people wanting to sample the Island nightlife. The access road is difficult to navigate in a large car or at night and taxis may not come-up to the villa. That said, this is a beautiful, spacious, secluded hilltop house with excellent facilities, stunning views. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable with ensuite facilities, the lounge rooms have traditional comfort. The kitchen is well provisioned will ample space to cater for 11 people. The veranda catches the morning and midday sun. The pool catches the midday, afternoon and evening sun. Well placed in the centre of the island between Es Mercadal and Migjorn Grand, it is 20 minutes to the airport and port towns of Cuitadella in the West and Maó in the East. The best, closest beaches are St. Tomas to the South and Platja Arenal de son Saura in the North. All-in-all a perfect location to enjoy spending time together as a family.
