San Esteban, Holiday Apartment for rent in Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain. Two bedrooms, air-conditioning and pool. Winter breaks and long lets available! One of a selection of villas and apartments from Holidays and Homes!

San Esteban is in a nice complex of Spanish style apartments surrounding a large garden with plenty of grassed areas and a pool with shallow children’s section. The apartment is 300 metres (4 minute walk) to the beach, 800 metres (10 minute walk) to the Port area and 1500 metres (18 minute walk) to the Arenal beach.

The apartment is on the ground floor and faces south with a full width terrace and small private garden area providing direct access to the communal Mediterranean garden and swimming pool. There are several child-friendly features at the apartment that are detailed below.

There is a double and a twin bedroom each with air-conditioning, a built in wardrobe, bedside tables, a dressing table with large mirror and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, bidet, washbasin and WC. The kitchen features a hob and oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee filter, blender, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a picnic cool-box and Thermos flask. Ample hot water is provided by an instant gas fired boiler and there is air-conditioning and gas central heating throughout (extra charge).

In the air-conditioned lounge there is a circular dining table with chairs, coffee tables and a two seater and a three seater settee. The 32 inch flat screen colour television receives Spanish and English television channels including BBC, ITV, Channels 4 and 5, and BBC radio. There is also a DVD player (DVD's can be hired locally) and a music centre for CD's, cassettes and local English radio stations and free internet Wi-Fi.

On the terrace you will find a table and chairs, sun loungers and a portable barbecue.

There is an allocated parking space in the underground car park. Restaurants and a supermarket are within a short walk of the apartment.

Child friendly features: Cupboard and drawer safety catches in kitchen, electricity socket safety covers, stair-gate available, toys, children's' DVD's, cot, high-chair, baby items, etc..

This apartment is in a great location and has a lovely sized shared pool which is accessed from the verandah through the gardens. It has all you need when away from home and is quiet even though situated in a built up area. It is lovely and close to the beach and local shops and not far away from the Old Town or in the opposite direction a little more commercialised with plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Plenty of places to visit in the area.

Great property and lovely pool. Ideally situated.

The property is absolutely as listed and is superbly located for visiting the Port or Arenal beach. There is a huge selection of bars, restaurants and takeaways all within easy walking distance or a supermarket just across the road if you want to eat at the apartment.

It was all clean and tidy for us when we arrived and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Barbara was there to greet us with the keys when we arrived and was nearby if we had any problems during our stay (which we didn't)

The pool was clean, well maintained and never crowded and it is only a few minutes walk to the rocky sea front for a swim or a little longer to the lovely Arenal beach.

Tony, the owner, was very efficient with his booking process and also provided some handy local information.

I would certainly recommend this apartment and would consider returning again in the future.

Superb apartment location and complex - perfect

This is our third time staying in this lovely apartment.It has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The welcome pack is great as you have drinks and basics as soon as you arrive.The location is perfect - only 5 minutes from the pebbly beach (which we prefer to the Arenal but that's an easy 25 minute stroll away)about 15 minutes from the port and some gorgeous restaurants and about 25 minutes to the old town. The apartment is spotless and Barbara who meets you and deals with any issues is so friendly and helpful - linen and towel change half way through the holiday is sorted with the minimum of fuss. The wifi is great and meant we could keep in touch with family at home and having English TV channels meant we could also keep up to date with Euro 2016 and Tour de France (sad I know)The mercadona behind the complex has everything you could wish for wine was particularly good ( and ridiculously cheap!) and its so close to go for fresh bread and a machine producing freshly squeezed orange juice - kids would love that we certainly did! The outside area is perfect and well supplied with parasols furniture and sun loungers (which you can take to any area of the gardens). We like the fact that there are Spanish people who live here so that gives it a nice atmosphere. Pool is great ok for playing but also good if you want to do a few lengths too! Both the port and Arenal are great for good value restaurants- look out for menu del dia as they can be especially good value. One of our favourites is Castello on the Arenal authentic Spanish if you want Sunday Lunch book for around 3pm and have the paella mixte - the place will be fun of Spanish families and a superb atmosphere - we found it best to share starters - huge portions! we don't rent a car as we walk everywhere but the garage beneath the complex is good - friends parked when they came to visit.I would recommend this apartment to anyone - the only reason we're not returning next year is that there are more of us but we will be another property on the same complex as we love it so much !

Lovely clean apartment. Great location between the port and Arenal beach. Comfortable facilities and patio area for drinks or al fresco dining. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well. Easy booking process with Tony Carter. Been to Javea numerous times and this is within easy walking distance of numerous great bars and restaurants. Lovely pool area for swimming and sun bathing. Nice and quiet also when we went. Great service and recommended. Many thanks......

Brilliant location and comfy clean property.

A lovely clean property with great facilities. Everything we needed for a relaxing break. The pool was lovely and clean and never overcrowded. The apartment was bright and spacious with fans and air conditioning making it very comfortable. Very close to the port with lots of restaurants and shops. Couldn't have asked for more.

Lovely apartment and complex

This ground floor apartment is ideally located for both the Arenal beach and the Port. We have stayed here several times but first time at this apt. Tony (owner) was very helpful and efficient and kept us well informed. Everything you need is available in the apartment and is well maintained, easy access to the lovely pool and ideal for small families. The complex itself although well maintained could do with a bit of a facelift as the exterior is looking a bit tired. Well recommended.

The prices above are for four people and include bed-linen, towels, welcome pack, utility allowance, internet Wi-Fi, UK subscription TV channels and garage parking space. If you have a fifth person (child up to 12 years only) there is an additional charge of £30 per week.

We also offer airport transfers, car hire, child minding, pampering sessions, travel Insurance, currency exchange, etc. All subject to availability so please book early.

Utilities: A daily allowance for electricity of 10Kwh and for gas of 60m3 is included in the rental price. Any usage over this is charged at 20p per unit (Kwh) for electricity and 3p per m3 for gas. You can check usage yourself on the meters at the apartment.

The apartment is available from 4pm on your arrival day and should be vacated by 10am on your last day. We will be as flexible as possible if your arrival/departure times do not fall within these times.

We shall send you some notes, maps and directions a few weeks before your holiday together with the contact details of the local representative. On you arrival in Javea you will be able to collect the keys from the local representative who has an office near to the Arenal beach area, that is approximately a mile and a half from the apartment.
