The condo is also only three miles east of Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Water Park.

Anniversay Getaway

This is our 5th year staying at this property, celebrating our anniversary local. We love it. Always clean, easy check-in, and access to the San Luis resort amenities are our favorite part. Plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance or a short drive. They have definitely taken into consideration past reviews of other parties and made adjustments. Great place to stay, and we will most certainly be back next year as always!

Disappointment with rental place

On our very first visit using Vacasa, we experienced several unacceptable conditions, I submitted pictures and videos of the issues upon our arrival. - Shower floor and walls very dirty, the grout line have black mildew throughout the shower. - Kitchen appliances were very greasy - we did not use any of the appliances during our stay as we did not have products to properly clean them before use. We just placed a bottle of water in the refrigerator.Nothing more. - Overall apartment conditions very dusty. Small pieces of random trash behind doors and under furniture. We picked this up. - Live roach in the bathroom - Lavatory drain plug stuck and would not open or drain. This forced us use the kitchen sink for all normal bathroom needs. All in all it appeared as though the cleaning crew may have been in a rush and glanced at things rather than actually cleaning them. Thankfully, at least the linens were clean.
