London Fields Rail Station is 2 minutes away and the train to Liverpool Street from there takes 10 minutes and there are usually four an hour.
Victoria Park Village is a ten minute stroll through beautiful Victoria Park, and has cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as an Organic butchers, deli and greengrocers. Try Spitjacks for rotisserie chicken, Namo for Vietnamese, or Su Sazzagoni for authentic Sardinian cooking.
Rail road café on Morning Lane does superb home cooked food, and there are only ever three things (different each day, all delicious) on the menu at a time.
