Rent a charming 1900's stone house, renovated in a "seaside holiday" atmosphere, to relax in summer and winter after a swim, a thalassotherapy, a game of shore fishing, a sea trip to the Glénan Islands, a hike (GR 34, greenway), a walk in the heart of South Finistère (Pont-Aven, Quimper, Bénodet at ½ hour) ...

Located at the end of a dead end, semi-detached stone house equipped for 6/7 people, a surface of 120 m2 (East-West) on three levels distributed as follows:
· Ground floor: Hall, large living room, fitted kitchen opening onto a lovely quiet terrace, small clearance under the stairs to put a stroller or bicycle;
· 1st: a large bedroom "dormitory atmosphere" with 2 beds 90x200 + 1 bed 120x200 with reading area-games for children, 1 bathroom, walk-in shower, sink, wc;
· 2nd: 2 large bedrooms each with 1 bed 160 x 200, 1 shower room, shower, sink, wc + large closet (reserve household linen).

Schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Seitengasse

Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhigen Seitengasse und ist sehr schön dekoriert und ausgestattet. Die Küche ist mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Laufweite, bis zur 'Cite Close' sind es knapp 10min zu Fuß, zum nächsten Strand ebenso. Parkmöglichkeiten sind im Viertel etwas knapp, aber wir haben stets innerhalb 5min im Umkreis von wenigen 100m einen Platz gefunden. Zum Aus-/Einladen kann man direkt vor der Seitengasse parken, hineinfahren kann man nicht, dazu ist sie zu schmal. Roland und Brigitte (die Vermieter) waren leider nicht da als wir ankamen, aber eine Nachbarin hat sich gut um uns gekümmert.

Schöne Interkunft mit Einschränkungen

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, sowohl die Strände als auch die Stadt sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist allerdings weniger ansprechend. Dafür ist das Haus sehr liebevoll im maritimen Stil eingerichtet, das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings war der Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft offenbar nicht gereinigt worden und war schwarz-schimmelig. Es hat über eine Stunde gedauert, ihn soweit herzurichten, dass wir ihn benutzen konnten. Alles andere im Haus war sauber, so dass wir von einem Versehen ausgehen. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft in einem alten Haus mit Einschränkungen.

Ganz viel Zauber und Charme!

Welch eine entzückende Unterkunft in geschichtsträchtigen Umgebung! Frankreich-Liebhaber müssen unbedingt mal dort gewesen sein. Fußwegnähe zur Ville Close und Les Sables Blanc, Supermarkt und Les Halles um die Ecke und überall weht der Geist von Kommissar Dupin. Danke Brigitte und Roland für die freundliche, schnelle und immer hilfreiche Kommunikation! Wären gern noch geblieben...
