Former barn dating from the middle of the 19th century converted into a dwelling house, it is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Pierre Quiberon 150 m from the beach and the port.
on the ground floor: living room (TV, internet wifi), kitchen (2 ovens / microwave / dishwasher) and toilet;
on the floor: two rooms and the room of water giving in one of the rooms. Bed configuration: a large bright room with a double bed (140 x 190); a second fully renovated room with 2 bunk beds (90 x 190), a single bed BZ (90 x 190) and a sofa bed new (140 x 190).
The house can thus accommodate both a family with 3 children two couples. We insist on the fact that the toilets are on the ground floor and the rooms upstairs, the stairs can interfere with tenants with mobility problems.
There are also available in the home: towels, cloths, rags, cleaning kit. It remains permanently in the kitchen you need to help you out if necessary. A storage room houses the washing machine, a deckchair, a parasol and some beach toys. The house also has two enclosed gardens: one (accessible through the French window) is equipped with chairs, garden table and barbecue, the other (accessible by the street) is equipped with a garden furniture . There is an outside water point and a garden hose.
The house is in a dead end, but there are several car parks nearby where you can park your vehicle. Beside the house is a bus stop of the line Auray - Quiberon. You can also arrive by train (summer only) because the station is about 1 km from the accommodation.
