Five minutes away from Cannes: La Napoule. Charming villa (170 m²) with a wonderful sea view. Close to the beaches (reachable on foot), the harbour, and the village of La Napoule. Available for 2 separate families or 8 people. The house is south-facing and sunny from morning till night. There is a magnificent individual secure and heated pool. Residential and quiet, recently renovated, attractive amenities. The 1250-m² garden is completely landscaped and surrounded by superb vegetation (palm trees, olive trees, and much more). The large pool with beach, completely secure thanks to a fence, is surrounded by large terraces, offering a view of the sea and the mountains.

Four bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, 3 shower rooms, and 3 toilets. Attractive qualities, top-quality indoor and outdoor furniture. All the comforts, recent linen and accessories. Modern amenities: Wi-Fi Internet, fully air-conditioned, alarm system, and 5 flat-screen TVs with international channels. Private parking with space for several cars. Close to the motorway access and large shopping malls; 5 min away from Théoule and La Corniche d'Or hotel. La Croisette in Cannes is 10 min away. Here, change of scenery is assured: a peaceful and green setting, and the view of the sea and the hills from the villa and the pool. References required, pets are not allowed and you cannot smoke in the house.

About Tonna Olivier

This house is our secondary home. We purchased it 10 years ago because it matched our expectations (exceptional sea view and setting), and sits close to the beaches and the shops; my husband does not drive a car, but it is nice to forget about the car during your holiday! Knowing that the location (San Peyre) is very popular and that it is rare to find such amenities in the area, and aware of the potential of this house, we realised some major works to turn it into a very pleasant place to live in. We have put our heart into making it what it is today (always with perfection and aesthetics in mind). We used to go there regularly, for all school holidays. My husband and I are a couple, 46 and 48 years old, with our two daughters, 9 and 11 years old. Now, we rent the house and travel abroad.

The villa offers a beautiful sea view, and is quiet and south-facing. Close to the beach and the city centre, La Napoule train station, restaurants, and the Provencal market, it offers the typical atmosphere of a small village of southern France. Everything is accessible on foot, while there is no external noise disturbance. Surrounded by nature, with view on the hills and Esterel, nice amenities, etc.

Great house in a great location

It's hard to find much to fault in either the property or La Napoule. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. There was plentiful comfortable seating and different places to eat both inside and out. It has a beautiful view and a fabulous heated pool. Our 3 year old (who wanted to stay forever) loved the stuffed toys in one of the rooms. There are reasonably steep stairs so you need to keep an eye out if you have a kamikaze toddler like we have...

La Napoule is a perfect seaside resort - big enough for all the amenities you want (small supermarket in the town, wonderful ice cream parlour and bakery, good selection of restaurants) but small enough to feel relaxed and peaceful. The big supermarket is a very short drive. Great gently sloping and well protected sandy beaches are short walk away (although its uphill on the way back!), with lots of other options 5 minutes in the car.

I have no hesitation in recommending and very much hope that we will return one day.

Fantastische Ferienvilla

Die Kontaktaufnahme verlief anfangs etwas zäh, war dann aber korrekt.

Die Ferienvilla ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Grossartiger Garten und tolle Aussenanlage. 5 Minuten Fussweg zu Restaurants und Geschäften. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt.

Un vrai petite perle

Nous avons passé plusieurs semaines dans cette magnifique villa que nous recommandons vivement. C’est un emplacement de rêve pour toutes activités. La petite ville charmante de La Napoule est à 5 min à pied avec de bons restaurants, boulangerie, épicerie, charcuterie et pharmacie. Il y a également un hypermarché à 5 min en voiture. Les plages et le port de La Napoule sont à 10 min à pied et on est à 15 min de Cannes. Puisqu’on est sur l’autoroute en quelques minutes la demeure est idéalement située pour visiter les alentours (Antibes, Grasse, St. Paul de Vence, Nice, Frejus..).

La maison est située dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. On voit que les propriétaires y passent aussi de bons moments puisqu’il ne manque de rien et on a l’impression d’être chez soi. Il y a deux cuisines dont nous n’avons utilisé que celle d’en haut à côté du grand salon. Les deux cuisines sont très bien équipées et il y a la climatisation dans toute la maison. Les chambres sont un peu bruyantes mais comme on passe la plupart du temps à l’extérieur cela ne dérange pas trop. Ce qui nous a plu le plus était le jardin/la terrasse de rêve avec une très belle piscine chauffée et sécurisée. Le jardin est parfaitement maintenu (le jardinier passe une fois par semaine) et il y a une deuxième terrasse à côté de la piscine avec vue splendide sur la mer qui a été construite pendant notre séjour en accord avec nous et avec une juste compensation.

Le propriétaire veille à ce qu’on se sent bien dans sa maison et réagit vite en cas de besoin.

Nous avons également engagé la femme de ménage Tania une fois par semaine. Elle est très gentille, travaille correctement et connait par cœur la maison avec tous ces recoins. Nous la conseillons vivement si vous restez plus d`une semaine.

Dans l`ensemble, nous avons passés un temps fabuleux dans cette maison et nous y reviendrons surement.

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit super Blick und toller Lage

Wir waren zu Ostern dort und haben das Haus bei angenehmen Temperaturen sehr genossen.

Haus, Garten und Pool sind schön. Traumhafter Blick in die Berge und auf das Meer. Die Terrasse hat viele Liegen und einen großen Frühstückstisch. Viele Dinge im Haus durften genutzt werden.

Die Lage zwischen St. Tropez und Cannes ist super. Nizza und Monaco ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Zum Strand und Bäcker im Ort nur ca. 5 min. zu Fuß. Hinweg bergab, Rückweg...

Gute Lokale ebenfalls im Ort.

Großes Einkaufszentrum in 5 min. mit dem Auto.

Haus hat Alarmanlage und ist umzäunt.

Vielen Dank an Tania, die sich als Verwalterin gut um uns gekümmert hat.

Mandelieu La Napoule

Das Haus ist gut gelegen; ein grosser Supermarkt ist in 5 Min. mit dem Auto - ein kleinerer Laden im Ort in ca. 5 - 7 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Strand ist klein, jedoch sehr schön und ebenfalls in 5 - 7 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar.

Das Haus selber ist sehr sauber und die Einrichtung ist gemütlich. Sämtliche notwendigen Utensilien sind vorhanden. Der Pool ist relativ gross und aussen hat es sehr viele Plätze, an denen man verweilen kann. Insgesamt hatten wir einen super Urlaub und haben bereits wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht.
