I love this property for the easy access to pretty much EVERYTHING in the Santa Cruz area. Centrally located in mid-town/Seabright, it's a convenient base point to venture out from to the great adventures there are in every direction. Capitola, Rio Del Mar, or Nisene Marks national park to the East. The Boardwark, Downtown for concerts, movies, or the farmer's market to the West. All the great breweries and restaurants sprinkled throughout! Best part is also not having to go far to be in a relaxing vacation mode right where I am. With the relatively quiet Seabright beach an 8 min walk away, it's amazing to have a "reset button" close by when energy levels aren't up for running around town.

Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is less than a mile away and a great walk over the train bridge walking path (18 min), Santa Cruz Boat Harbor is a half mile away to some great restaurants and the summer beach parties. Seabright is centrally located in town offering a great starting point to both the West side of town as well as the East side and Capitola.
