About this property

Cock-a-doodle-do Vacation Rental, named for Key West's beloved chicken population, is a mid-town oasis! 5 minute drive to Old Town or take Uber for just $10!

A meticulously updated pool home with beautifully lush landscaped grounds and plenty of space for everyone! The main house is a 3/3 (1 King, 2 Queens, all have TVs) with a large kitchen, two living room area areas with TVs, and covered porch off the living room! The guest house is a 1/1 (full), just off the pool, has a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and TV. The Summer kitchen and dining table by the covered lanai completes the perfect outdoor space! This area can be accessed from the house as well. Enjoy dining al fresco!

The entire property is fenced and has covered parking for one (inside the fence). There is additional free parking in front of the house on the street. Kim's Kuban is a two minute walk and Garrison Bite for fishing charters, Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores, pharmacy and countless restaurants and stores are all very close by!

Reasonably priced, Cock-a-doodle-do Vacation Rental is the perfect retreat to enjoy island living at its best!

The pool can be heated for a fee of $ 500 per month plus tax and credit card processing as applicable.
