Travelers who stay shorter than 15 nights if canceled at least 31 days before check-in will receive 100% refund minus 3.2% of paid monies to cover credit card fees. Bookings of 30 nights or less prior to arrival will not get a refund. If there is a state travel or state rental ban you will receive a full 100% refund.

PRIVATE Hot Tub, Golf Cart, We have a total of 6 beach chairs, three umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels. Golf Cart, Game room with Xbox, Foosball table, Air Hockey table and MORE! On the patio a 125 Jetted tub, patio furniture, gas grill. No need to bring beach towels there are 15 beach towels for your use at the home.

Emerald Waters Village community has a large community pool. A deeded Beach Access too! Close to the beach on the gulf! Short 10-minute walk to the beach!

Beach Classy - Come Sail Away into absolute relaxation and fun. Get ready! Upon arrival you will enter in on the ground level into the game room where you will forget about your worries and leave your stress behind. Where do you want to start having fun? What is your choice? Want to play a game? Air Hockey or Foosball or maybe you want to play on the X Box (games and two controllers) on one of the two Smart TV areas or catch a movie on Netflix on the other Smart TV while relaxing on one of the two sofa sitting areas. We have also added a new bunk bed with full bed over full bed with a twin trundle bed. Walk out the side door to a patio with 7-person -125 jetted hydrotherapy spa (hot tub) with lighted LED cup holder and water cascades. At night enjoy the spa's multicolored LED lighting lights, up and use blue-tooth connection to play your favorite music. Maybe you just want to enjoy sitting and watching everyone having a cold beverage in one of the seating areas. Hungry? No pots and pans to clean-up using the outside gas grill. Please no glass on the patio, would not want to hurt anyone. Off the game room is comfy bedroom with a nice queen size bed with an attached bathroom. In the game room off to the side is a full over full bunk bed with a pull-out trundle.

Up the stairs at the top is a full bathroom, and a large laundry room. Walk into the main living area you can all gather to enjoy a large appointed space. In the inviting main open living area there are 2 sofas and a chair to kick back in to watch your favorite shows on the big screen smart TV. In the breakfast nook the table seats 8, and another 3 seats at the breakfast bar. The large kitchen is well equipped allowing you to make full meals. In the kitchen is a crock-pot that switches to warm when done cooking so while you're at the beach your meal can cook, and don't worry about rushing back to turn it off so it won't over cook, it automatically turns to warm. until you turn it off.

Time to enjoy time away from the house outside. Enjoy Large community pool in the Emerald Waters Village neighborhood, head down taking the private neighborhood walkway with a deeded beach gate access and enjoy the private deeded beautiful sandy beaches on the Emerald Coast overlooking the gulf's blue turquoise waters and drink up the sun. If you choose to go to the beach you can use the wagon and take the provided beach toys, chairs and umbrellas with you. Don't want to carry them? Well don't! Load up the golf cart and drive it all down. Upon return from the pool or beach you can rinse off in the outside shower on the side of the garage before enjoying the private hot tub before dinner! (Renters must be 25 years of age unless with parents. Primary Renter must sign contract and will be held responsible for their own and their guests infractions.)
