Louis and I married June 1995 and have three amazing children (and no, we do not live in this house). We have the gift of hospitality and have always loved being the home everyone comes to. It was only natural that we decided to restore a hundred year old house into a bnb. We believe all homes should have music, laughter and an opportunity for everyone to sit around the table for a meal, and that is why we have instruments available in our home at all times for guests as well as a table that expands with up to five leaves. We are available and local so if you have any questions or needs we are here to help.

We grew up in the Tyler area but moved away for twenty years. Ready to settle down, we purchased this home with a vision of opening up a fantastic place for people to visit and have restored the 100 year old house accordingly. It has been ten months of labor and love and everything is perfect and ready for you! The property is close to everything:downtown, Azalea trails, Bergfeld park, Tyler Rose Gardens, UT Tyler and Tyler Junior College, wineries and so much more! Local venues have live music almost nightly and the options for food is plentiful.

This large five bedroom home has the original wood floors, transoms, amazing beveled glass pocket doors, a deep front porch with rocking chairs and so much character. We have completely renovated the kitchen including brand new LG appliances. The bathrooms are completely new except for the 1/2 bath which we wanted to keep as original as possible. Each room was designed around a book, with each piece of art and furniture uniquely picked out. The library has a wonderful table perfect for puzzles, board games or card games, which we have a great selection of for your enjoyment. We are walking distance from the hospitals, downtown, coffee shops, shopping, and more. Only 7.5 miles to UT Tyler, and 1.8 miles to Tyler Junior College makes visiting college students easy.
