About this property

Minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the new Margaritaville shopping and entertainment complex including their public water park Island H2O. Our home comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Game room has been added to the garage space for additional entertainment including, pool table, air hockey and Foosball. A completely furnished kitchen has been provided and all linens are included. Laundry facilities are located in the garage for your use. Free Wi-Fi, cable, updated flat screen TV's in all bedrooms with DVD. 42" Flat screen TV in living room has blue-ray. Private screened in pool and spa are enjoyable year-round with heat in the winter. There is no hot tub. The spa is the same temperature as the pool and only heated in winter months (Oct thru March). During these months, the pool heat is included, please let us know prior if you do not plan to use the pool. Thanks.

Lovely villa stay

Villa was perfect. Clean, lovely pool area, plenty of towels, a care pack on arrival containing cleaning products and kitchen roll. Comfy beds. Living room area was great. Comfy chairs and sofa. Netflix on TV. We had a great stay here, home from home with everything you could possibly need. Would stay again highly recommended.

Comfortable well situated and relaxing.

A nice clean comfortable home with plenty of space and a relaxing feeling. Perfectly situated for Disney and the I4 to get you anywhere you need to be, with good restaurants within easy reach. The Princess bedroom was adored by our 4 year old grand daughter as was the lovely pool when she was in her mermaid moments. We did have some minor problems with wi-if and phone at first but Paul at Florida Gold got us back online very quickly, full marks to the management team all round. The beds were really comfortable and the games room was perfect when the storms hit, and some were awesome. Thanks Gary, we really enjoyed our stay.
