About this property

Incredible location, 3 minute walk to the beach. Just painted (June 2020), bright and fresh! The ocean is a few steps from your door, and the 7 miles of sandy beach are beautiful. There is a sweet, large deck to grill, watch the fireworks and the stars. The well-maintained apartment has a full bath, equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms (queen beds). It also has new shaker furniture. The best sandwich place in town is across the street. During the Summer bookings are mainly Saturday to Saturday. Late Summer rentals are also weekly (until October 3rd). Just write to us for any variations. New sink and couch updates (2021).

No ocean view as indicated in location information Railway trains passages many time during night time Appartment ideally for two persons because of dimensions No deco, the bare mimimum Kitchen is ok Cleanup was minimal (wall and ceiling were dirty) Close to the beach Nice little place but needs upgrades

Perfect for a middle-aged couple with pet

We loved the property so much we plan to book next years stay immediately! The owners were very attentive. Wonderful, sunny deck. Great neighborhood. Very close to beach. Perfect for us!

Great location

Everything we needed. Very close to the beach. Short walk to Ocean Park and short walk to the pier. A bit congested in this area but we adapted easily.
