TOP LOCATION IN SÓLLER
4 Gran Via is a superb example of a traditional Majorcan house; light, airy and beautifully built, it offers good, spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 8 adults. Our only criticism is that the kitchen is very small for the house when 8 are sharing.
Initially we noted that there were no glasses for wine or long drinks and no bread knife or one or two other basic necessities in the kitchen and the kettle and coffee machine were small for that many guests. The owners direct reps soon sorted out the problem of glasses and missing knife etc; in fact their speed of reaction was a credit to them. The size of the kettle and coffee machine became manageable.
The bedrooms are beautifully furnished, light and airy and the outside space is an absolute joy.
All in all, this is a great place to base yourself for a stay in Sóller and we would recommend it most highly.

A lovely very large and comfortable house.
We had a fantastic stay. The house is gorgeous and had everything we needed.
It is ideally situated for exploring the town, taking the tram to the beach and also for heading up into the mountains.
I would definitely recommend staying here.
Hiking trip in Soller.
What a fantastic find! Having been let down by another property owner, we were forced to find alternative accomodation somewhat at the last minute and we are so glad this happened because we were lucky enough to come across this gem! Both Lena and Kimi were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish. The house itself was perfect for us and so much bigger than it appears in the photos! There was everything we needed and more! It was an easy walk into the square of the wondeful village and we were lucky enough to stay during the “Swingtast” fiesta weekend which was an unforgettable experience. There were several bars/restaurants, saturday market, banks and plenty of shops and supermarkets. We had a wonderful time!
Soller is a great hub of a great number of hiking itineries. Don’t miss the walk from Soller through Biniaraix up the Barranc up to the Mirador d'en Quesada and then across the col to the Puig l'Ofre, provides breathtaking views across the whole of the Tramuntana range looking down over Cuber lake. The first climb goes up a very ancient path of stone steps passing many beautiful pools with views over Soller. A magical adventure.
Hiking and climing holiday in Soller (6 adults).
House was as good as we thought, big, clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Lovely agent who met us at the house. Location in the centre is simply perfect. Supermarket, covered market, shops, restaurants, bakeries and bars a stone's throw from the house.
Sehr groβe, schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns darin sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt: nur eine Gasse biszum MArktplatz auf dem man hervorragend speisen kann, -wenige Schritte bis zur Haltestelle der historischen Straβenbahn, mit der man zum Port de Soller fahren kann und die Markthalle. Dennoch ist es ruhig und gemütlich. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Agente sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und sprechen gut Deutsch und Englisch. Sie hatten tolle Empfehlungen für uns. Vielen Dank für einen erlebnisreichen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prices shown are for up to 6 people. Each extra people has an additional €125/week charge. For a last minute rate/booking, please contact us. There is a 100 euros cleaning charge for every booking. A reasonable use of the air conditioning units is included in the price (100KW/WEEK). An overcharge of the units will be charged additionally. Check-in: from 14:00. Late arrivals (from 21:00) are subject to a €40 fee. Check-out: before 11:00. Early check-in / late check-out can be arranged, only if possible and upon request.
