This traditional "modernista" townhouse is located only a few steps away from the main square in Soller. A perfect base to explore the area. Train, bus and amenities at a short walk from the house. The property has 4 double bedrooms, 2 sitting rooms, equipped kitchen with a separated dining room, 2 bathrooms and a charming patio with al fresco covered dining area, barbeque, lemon tree and sun loungers. Air conditioning in all the rooms, and free wifi for our guests.
LOCATION! A few meters from the heart of Soller, our lovely Plaza Constitucio, the covered market, the train station, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, museums, churches, supermarkets... forget the car during your holiday!
We had a fantastic stay. The house is gorgeous and had everything we needed.
It is ideally situated for exploring the town, taking the tram to the beach and also for heading up into the mountains.
I would definitely recommend staying here.
What a fantastic find! Having been let down by another property owner, we were forced to find alternative accomodation somewhat at the last minute and we are so glad this happened because we were lucky enough to come across this gem! Both Lena and Kimi were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish. The house itself was perfect for us and so much bigger than it appears in the photos! There was everything we needed and more! It was an easy walk into the square of the wondeful village and we were lucky enough to stay during the “Swingtast” fiesta weekend which was an unforgettable experience. There were several bars/restaurants, saturday market, banks and plenty of shops and supermarkets. We had a wonderful time!
Soller is a great hub of a great number of hiking itineries. Don’t miss the walk from Soller through Biniaraix up the Barranc up to the Mirador d'en Quesada and then across the col to the Puig l'Ofre, provides breathtaking views across the whole of the Tramuntana range looking down over Cuber lake. The first climb goes up a very ancient path of stone steps passing many beautiful pools with views over Soller. A magical adventure.

House was as good as we thought, big, clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Lovely agent who met us at the house. Location in the centre is simply perfect. Supermarket, covered market, shops, restaurants, bakeries and bars a stone's throw from the house.
Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns darin sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt: nur eine Gasse biszum MArktplatz auf dem man hervorragend speisen kann, -wenige Schritte bis zur Haltestelle der historischen Straβenbahn, mit der man zum Port de Soller fahren kann und die Markthalle. Dennoch ist es ruhig und gemütlich. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Agente sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und sprechen gut Deutsch und Englisch. Sie hatten tolle Empfehlungen für uns. Vielen Dank für einen erlebnisreichen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Très belle maison bien située près du centre de Soller, elle est bien équipée avec 2 salles de bains.
Trois chambres donnent sur la rue et les poubelles qui sont juste situées en face de la maison sont ramassées tous les jours entre 5h et 6h du matin et en plus du passage des voitures, c'est assez bruyant !!!
Il y a un parking payant à 6€ la journée à l'arrière, ce qui est très pratique

There is a 80 euros cleaning charge for every booking.
A reasonable use of the air conditioning units is included in the price. An overcharge of the units will be charged additionally.
Check-in: from 14:00 to 22:00. Arrivals later than 22:00 have a €50 surcharge.
Check-out: before 11:00.
Early check-in / late check-out can be arranged, only if possible and upon request.
These times need to be adhered to, to allow completion of cleaning & changeover.
