There is space to keep your boat on a trailer, however during some peak holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th and Lobster Mini Season) it can get crowded and trailer space becomes very limited. Relax in either of two heated in-ground tiled pools including a pool shaped like a Coco-de-Mer for the exclusive use of Tower residents and guests which is just steps from the unit. (Exclusive pool currently closed due to hurricane Irma, but there are two other pools in the complex and a saltwater lagoon for your enjoyment).

Spend time at the large palm fringed saltwater swimming lagoon which is approximately 1000 feet long and incorporates swimming platforms and a sand beach for the children. This lake is stocked with colorful tropical fish such as Parrot Fish, Sargent Majors, small Tarpon and Barracuda to feed and snorkel with. For divers, this is also a perfect place to check new gear before heading out to the ocean.

Enjoy a tennis match on one of two floodlit hard tennis courts. Experience sensational sunsets from our 400’ esplanade which also offers one of many fishing opportunities from the point.
