Had a wonderful time at your cabin. It is decorated so nice, and it had all the comforts of home. Thank you again…
Very clean. Very well stocked. Spices, pans, towels, blankets, games, movies! The cabin is private and peaceful. Delzie has done a great job decorating. We so enjoyed our stay!
Thank you Delzie!
Delzie's cabin was the perfect combination of cozy, secluded, close to local attractions such as hiking and the lake, as well as local breweries and shops. The cabin was perfectly clean, welcoming, and the hot tub was a great plus!
We stayed here for our annual fall getaway. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. The accommodations were perfect. Location was great. We loved relaxing outside and grilling out. We would definitely stay again.
We just got back and it was so nice! They truly thought of everything, it is so stocked!! The only thing negative I could say and it is not really that bad, but it is truly a great nature escape! So the smokers who can't be considerate, threw their butts all over the ground, when there is a Butt keeper right in front of the cabin for that purpose! I just think it's very inconsiderate! Sorry but just my opinion, it is truly a great escape and you really don't want to see everybody's cig's on the ground.
But other than that is truly is perfect! I just couldn't think of throwing trash on the ground and in my opinion that is what they are doing. so pardon my negitivity!
Delzie really did go all out on this place!! Thank you Delzie for everything!!
Had a three day get away and choose the chillin cabin for our stay. I can say this was the most completely appointed cabin we have stayed in yet, it has everything you would need right down to the well stocked spice cabinet. The cabin set back off the road so you felt you had no one around you. My wife and I highly recommend staying here.
My husband and I spent a weekend at Chillin at Beavers Bend cabin and really enjoyed out time. The cabin was clean, stocked with supplies, comfortable furnishings, and had a hot tub with outdoor lighting and total privacy. Because the cabin was secluded, we got to enjoy lots of wildlife...deer, squirrels, and a variety of wild birds. It is also close to several restaurants and Beavers Bend State Park. We loved our weekend getaway there!
The area around the Beavers Bend Resort Park and Broken Bow Lake is fantastic for outdoor fun and adventure or rest and relaxation! You can swim, jet-ski or go boating on the lake that is very close to the cabin. You can fish on the Mountain Fork River, which is regularly stocked with Rainbow and German Brown Trout. Guided fishing trips are also available.
Park activities include nature and hiking trails and horseback riding. You can also ride a train or take a hay ride in the park! The David Boren Trail offers 16 miles of hiking trails that include 4 miles of mountain-bike trails over creek bottoms, along ridge tops, and through the Ouachita National Forest and Hochatown State Park.
The Forest Heritage Center offers a variety of outdoor adventures for the entire family to enjoy. The Cedar Creek Golf Course is just minutes from the Chillin cabin and sits on the banks of Broken Bow Lake. Bald Eagles are here from Nov-March for their nesting season!
